摘  要：由于我国体育公园建设仍处于进步发展阶段，在体育公园建设运行、发展规划、营销规划方面都经验较少，有很大进步空间。最近10年开始，随着全面健身理念的提出，以及城市发展的进步，体育公园项目越来越多，逐渐完善。本文就对扬州市3所体育公园运行现状及周边市民相关意见进行调查研究，分析体育公园运行优劣，并给扬州市体育公园未来运行发展提出一些参考建议。

Abstract： Due to the fact that the construction of Sports Park in China is still in the stage of progress and development， there is little experience in the construction and operation of sports Park， development planning and marketing planning， so there is a lot of room for progress. Since the last 10 years， with the concept of comprehensive fitness and the progress of urban development， more and more sports parks have been developed and gradually improved. This paper makes an investigation and Study on the operation status of three sports parks in Yangzhou City and the relevant opinions of the surrounding citizens， analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the operation of sports parks， and puts forward some reference suggestions for the future operation and development of sports parks in Yangzhou city.

1  研究对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

扬州市3所体育公园：宋夹城体育休闲公园、扬州李宁体育园、扬州体育公园体育场。

1.2 研究方法

1.2.1 文献综述法

通过知网搜集关于体育公园建设、运行与发展的相关文献及经营发展案例，共37篇，进行总结归纳，并作为研究的理论资料支撑。

1.2.2 问卷调查法

设计关于3所体育公园运营情况的调查计划表，并同时设计关于市民对体育公园意见建议的调查问卷。共投放300份问卷进行扬州市体育公园运行发展现状的调查。

1.2.3 访谈法

在调查问卷投放的同时，现场访谈采访300名市民及体育公园工作者，了解其对体育公园的看法和建议，形成本研究的材料支持。

2  研究结果与分析

本次针对扬州市宋夹城体育休闲公园、扬州李宁体育园、扬州体育公园体育场这3所体育公园运行情况进行调查，并投放在每个公园附近投放100份，共计300份调查问卷，回收有效问卷287份。……
