【摘   要】 21世纪的核心竞争力量就是经济水平。在社会经济不断发展的背景下，我国的农业经济也得到了快速的发展。同时，农业经济作为促进我国经济在社会中快速发展的主要内容之一，相关的管理人员要想完成农业经济的转型升级，就要在新形势下，对促进农业经济发展的有效途径进行研究。

Effective Ways of Developing Agricultural Economy under New Situation

[Abstract] The core competitive force in the 21st century is the economic level. Under the background of the continuous development of social economy， the agricultural economy of our country has also been developed rapidly. At the same time， agricultural economy as one of the main contents to promote the rapid development of our economy in society， relevant managers want to complete the transformation and upgrading of agricultural economy， we should study the effective ways to promote the development of agricultural economy under the new situation.

如今，在我国经济不断发展的背景下，农业经济要想在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，就要分析时代发展的特点，认识到我国经济发展趋势，建设社会主义新农村，采取措施不断发展农业新经济，创新经济的发展模式，加强农村基层组织建设。所以，在新形势下，我国一定要认识到发展农业经济的重要性，为促进我国经济在社会中的稳定发展打下基础。

1  在新形势发展农业经济的重要性

如今，随着我国经济模式不断变化，农民收入的结构也发生了一定的变化。其中农业经济作为我国经济的重要组成部分，要想完善我国经济体系，就要在新形势下发展农业经济，对其有效途径进行分析，相关的管理人员要对市场的实际发展情况进行调查。同时，还分析社会经济的发展特点，对品牌农产品发展特点和价格等进行研究，结合实际市场发展情况，制定发展农业经济的策略，认识到新形势下发展农业经济的重要性，从而不断增加农民收入，让我国农业经济在社会经济的发展过程中能够获得最大的效益[1]。……
