【摘要】 目的：探究社區产后访视规范化流程对产后访视母婴健康的影响。方法：选取2017年4月-2018年8月在笔者所在社区卫生服务中心接受常规产后访视流程的50例产妇设为对照组，选取2018年9月-2019年4月实施规范化产后访视流程的50例产妇设为观察组，观察比较两组的产妇不良事件发生率、新生儿不良事件发生率、护理满意度、对产后的相关知识及喂养新生儿的技能评分。结果：观察组对产后的相关知识及喂养新生儿的技能评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组的产妇不良事件发生率为4.00%，新生儿不良事件发生率为2.00%，低于对照组的18.00%和16.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组的护理满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用社区产后访视规范化流程对社区产妇进行产后访视，不仅能有效提高产妇的相关产后知识与喂养新生儿的技能，还能降低产妇与新生儿的不良事件发生率，且产妇的护理满意度高。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of standardized process of community postpartum visit on maternal and child health. Method： A total of 50 case puerpera were received routine postnatal visits process as control group in our community from April 2017 to August 2018， 50 case puerpera were received the standardized postpartum visit process as observation group from September 2018 to April 2019. Compared two groups the incidence of puerpera adverse events， the incidence of adverse events of newborn babies， nursing satisfaction， the knowledge of postpartum and feeding skill score of the newborn. Result： The scores of related knowledge and skills of feeding newborns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of puerpera adverse events was 4.00% and adverse events of newborn babies was 2.00% in the observation group were lower than 18.00% and 16.00% in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%， higher than 80.00% of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The standardized process of community postpartum visit for community postpartum visit can not only effectively improve the relevant postpartum knowledge and skills to feed the newborn， but also reduce the incidence of adverse events of the puerpera and the newborn， and the nursing satisfaction of the puerpera is high.

社区产后访视主要是指社区卫生服务中心的妇幼保健护理人员对产妇进行上门访视，给予产妇及其家属实施科学的指导[1-2]。访视的指导内容主要包括产妇产后恢复情况、新生儿的日常护理、正确喂养等，以达到促进母婴健康发展的目的。通过访视不仅能及时了解产妇产后及新生儿的情况，还能提高产妇及其家属对相关产妇知识及新生儿的照料与喂养知识的认知程度，以降低产妇及新生儿的患病率，最大限度地确保母婴身心健康[3]。而产后访视的有效实施也会对干预效果造成影响，且随着人们的生活水平不断提高，常规的产后访视护理以无法满足产妇对产后护理的需求，因此，本研究主要探究社区产后访视规范化流程对产后访视母婴健康的影响进行分析，详细报告如下。……
