【摘要】 目的：分析《中药成方制剂》中治疗胃炎方剂的用药规律。方法：提取《中药成方制剂》中治疗胃炎的方剂，利用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）中的方剂分析模块研究治疗胃炎方剂中的药物使用频次、五味、归经、常用药对及新方组合。结果：90首治疗胃炎的方剂中，用于胃炎的药物共206味，五味以苦、甘、辛为主，归经以脾经、肝经、胃经、肺经、心经为主;当支持度为8（8.9%）时，常用药对有13个;当置信度为0.8时，药物组合有4个;聚类出新方组合5个。结论：治疗胃炎的方剂中以理气健脾、收敛止血、行气止痛药物为主，通过合理配伍以发挥治疗作用。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the medication law of the prescriptions for treating gastritis in the National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs. Method： Extracting the prescriptions for treating gastritis in the National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs， and use the formula analysis module in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform （V2.5） to study the frequency， five flavor， meridian tropism， common drug pairs and new formula combinations of the medicines of the prescriptions for treating gastritis. Result： Among the 90 prescriptions for treating gastritis， 206 medicines were used for gastritis. In the distribution of five flavor of traditional Chinese medicine， bitter flavor， sweet flavor and pungent flavor were mainly used， and in the meridian tropism， spleen meridian， liver meridian， lung meridian， stomach meridians and heart meridian were mainly used. When the support degree was 8 （8.9%）， there were 13 pairs of common medicines. When the confidence degree was 0.8， there were 4 combinations， and clustering out 5 combinations of new prescriptions. Conclusion： The prescriptions for treating gastritis are mainly for regulating qi and invigorating spleen， astringency and hemostasis and moving qi to relieve pain drugs， through reasonable compatibility to play a therapeutic role.

胃炎是由多种因素导致的胃黏膜炎症反应，是常见的消化系统疾病之一[1]。胃炎可引起多种并发症，病情严重者可转为胃癌，给患者带来沉重的心理负担和经济负担[2-3]。中医提倡标本兼治，特别是在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中。《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准-中药成方制剂》（以下简称为《中药成方制剂》）共有20册，记载了4 052首方剂，是中医药中的宝贵资源。通过挖掘《中药成方制剂》中治疗胃炎方剂的用药规律，有利于对中医药进行传承、创新，也能为临床诊疗提供参考。数据挖掘技术能够幫助研究者从众多的数据中提取出潜藏的有用信息，为从庞大的方剂中发现潜在的用药规律提供技术支持。目前，很多学者将数据挖掘技术应用于中医药的用药规律研究中[4-7]。……
