【摘要】 目的：分析儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中非创伤性修复技术的临床应用。方法：选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院诊治的79例乳牙龋齿患儿的临床资料，随机分为两组，对照组39例行常规修复治疗，研究组40例行非创伤性修复治疗，观察两组VAS评分、治疗时间和临床效果。结果：研究组治疗后VAS评分为（2.26±0.53）分，治疗时间为（22.34±4.19）min，均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组总有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的74.36%（P<0.05）;研究组配合度为92.50%，高于對照组的71.79%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中采取非创伤性修复技术的临床效果显著，能减轻患儿的疼痛感，提高临床操作配合度，缩短治疗时间，促使患儿龋齿修复更完整。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze the clinical application of non-traumatic repair technology in the treatment of deciduous tooth caries in children. Method： From January 2019 to January 2020， the clinical data of 79 children with deciduous tooth caries treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups， 39 cases in the control group were treated with conventional repair， and 40 cases in the study group were treated with non-traumatic repair technology， then the VAS scores， treatment time and efficacy of the two groups were observed. Result： After treatment， the VAS score was （2.26±0.53） points， and treatment time was （22.34±4.19） min in the study group， which were better than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate in the study group was 92.50%， which was higher than 74.36% of the control group （P<0.05）. The coordination degree of the study group was 92.50%， which was higher than 71.79% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of non-traumatic repair technology in the treatment of childrens deciduous tooth caries is significant， which can reduce the pain of children， improve the coordination degree of clinical operations， shorten the treatment time， and promote the childrens deciduous tooth caries repair more complete.

乳牙龋齿是因患儿食用过多的含糖食物或不注重口腔卫生所致，对患儿的牙齿发育产生不良影响，极易引发牙髓炎等并发症，从而影响患儿食欲与健康[1]。临床上一般采取常规修复术治疗乳牙龋齿，但由于患儿的疼痛耐受力较差，极易影响治疗效果。而非创伤性修复技术所致的疼痛感较轻，能确保治疗过程中的安全性，临床效果显著[2]。本文选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院诊治的79例乳牙龋齿患儿的临床资料，分析儿童乳牙龋齿治疗中应用非创伤性修复技术的临床效果，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年1月-2020年1月笔者所在医院诊治的79例乳牙龋齿患儿的临床资料。纳入标准：符合儿童乳牙龋齿的诊断标准。排除标准：资料不完整;牙髓暴露;牙齿脱落。随机分为两组，对照组39例，男女比例22∶17;年龄2～7岁，平均（4.17±1.69）岁。研究组40例，男女比例24∶16;年龄2～6岁，平均（4.22±1.43）岁。两组一般资料比较，差异无统计学无意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组行常规修复治疗：清除龋齿内坏死部分，清洁治疗区域，确保口腔干燥，通过高速涡轮机扩开龋洞，在治疗处填充银汞合金及其他治疗材料，依据患儿实际情况调整咬合状态，最后打磨定型。研……
