【摘要】 目的：探讨图片手册并视频宣教对减少老年患者静脉留置针回血效果。方法：选取2019年8月1日-2020年2月29日在笔者所在医院住院的260例老年患者作为研究对象，患者年龄≥65岁，按照随机原则分成两组，观察组（130例）采用图片手册并视频宣教;对照组（130例）采用单纯口头宣教。统计两组静脉留置针回血发生率。结果：观察组静脉留置针回血发生率为42.3%，低于对照组的57.7%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：图片手册并视频宣教可以降低老年患者静脉留置针回血发生率，既能保障患者的生命安全，又可节约医疗资源，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of picture manual and video education on reducing the blood return of venous indwelling needle in elderly patients. Method： A total of 260 elderly patients hospitalized in our hospital from August 1， 2019 to February 29， 2020 were selected as the research objects， all patients were over 65 years old， and were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group （130 cases） used picture manual and video education， the control group （130 cases） used simple oral education. The incidence of blood return of two groups was calculated. Result： The incidence of blood return in the observation group was 42.3%， significantly lower than 57.7% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Picture manual and video education can reduce the incidence of blood return of indwelling needle in elderly patients， which can not only ensure the life safety of patients， but also save medical resources. It is worth popularizing.

随着社会发展及人口老龄化程度的加剧，老年住院患者的比例逐渐上升。大部分老年患者具有疾病多、病程长的特点，需要长期输液治疗，但这类患者的血管脆性大、弹性下降。静脉留置针作为护理技术已被临床广泛使用，可减少患者多次穿刺的痛苦，亦可保护血管、便于抢救。由于老年患者生活自理能力差、记忆力减退，导致留置针回血较年轻患者多，相对的护士工作量也增加。使用预充封管液可减少回血但增加患者费用。故减少留置针回血既能保障患者的生命安全，又可节约医疗资源。本项目探讨图片手册并视频宣教对减少老年患者静脉留置针回血效果，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2019年8月1日-2020年2月29日在笔者所在医院住院的260例老年患者作为研究对象。纳入标准：患者年龄≥65岁;可正常沟通交流;能看懂图片手册并视频宣教;能听懂口头宣教;患者均有静脉留置针指征。……
