【摘要】 目的：分析和研究经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术在前列腺增生临床治疗中的应用。方法：研究对象为2017年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的100例前列腺增生患者，使用随机分组法将其分为对照组（50例）和观察组（50例），对照组使用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，观察组使用經尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术治疗。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管留置时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组手术时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术是治疗前列腺增生的一种有效方法，同经尿道前列腺电切术相比，经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术在手术指标、并发症方面优势更为明显，能够有效促进患者康复，值得临床采纳。

[Abstract] Objective： To analyze and study the clinical application of transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate gland in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Method： The subjects of this study were 100 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019， they were randomly divided into the control group （50 cases） and the observation group （50 cases）. The control group was treated with transprostate resection of the prostate， and the observation group was treated with transurinary plasma enucleation of the prostate gland. The operative time， intraoperative blood loss， catheter indwelling time， hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups. Result： The operative time， catheter indwelling time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate gland is an effective method for the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Compared with transurethral resection of the prostate， transurethral plasma enucleation of the prostate gland has more advantages in operative indexes and complications， which can effectively promote the recovery of patients and is worthy of clinical adoption.

前列腺增生作为一种常见的泌尿科疾病，主要临床表现为前列腺体积增大，膀胱出口阻塞等，如果不立即入院进行及时治疗，将会大大影响患者的生活质量，对患者的健康造成威胁[1]。过往对于该疾病的通用治疗方法为经尿道前列腺电切术，但是该方法效果并不理想，实施该方法后患者的并发症发生率依然很高。根据相关调查研究显示，经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术对于前列腺增生患者的治疗效果明显，并且可以有效降低患者并发症发生率，且术后恢复时间更短[2]。近年来，经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术在临床上得到了广泛的应用与认可。本研究以2017年1月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院接受治疗的100例前列腺增生患者为研究对象，对经尿道保留前列腺前叶等离子剜除术在前列腺增生临床治疗中的应用进行了分析和研究，具体研究内容如下。……
