摘要：

在2018—2019赛季的CBA联赛中，广东队勇夺第九冠，不仅创造了队史也创造了CBA联赛的历史。但是仅凭联赛的名次并不能完反映各个球队的综合实力，本研究通过文献资料、数理统计、录像观察及秩和比等研究方法对参赛各队的进攻能力、防守能力和攻防综合能力分别进行量化统计分析，并将球队分级。研究得出，在20支联赛球队中，攻防综合能力排在前三位的分别是广东队、新疆队和广厦队，尤其是广东队和新疆队在攻防两方面均表现出色，较为均衡。广东队的“小个阵容”和他们的“快速、准确、灵活”的打法更加符合国际篮球发展趋势，并对整个联赛产生了影响。

Abstract：

In the CBA League of the 2018—2019 season， the Guangdong team won the ninth crown， not only creating a team history but also creating a history of the CBA league. However， only the ranking of the league can not reflect the comprehensive strength of each team. This study uses the literature， mathematical statistics， video observation and rank-to-ratio to study the offensive， defensive and offensive and defensive capabilities of each team. Perform quantitative statistical analysis and grade the team. According to the study， among the 20 league teams， the top three in terms of offensive and defensive capabilities are Guangdong， Xinjiang and Guangsha. In particular， the Guangdong team and the Xinjiang team have performed well in both offense and defense. The Guangdong teams “small lineup” and their “fast， accurate and flexible” style are more in line with the international basketball development trend and have an impact on the entire league.

2019籃球世界杯已落下帷幕，但中国男篮在世界杯的成绩仅为第24名，但不可否认的是自姚明2017年出任中国篮球协会主席以来，采取了组建红、蓝双国家队、提高CBA联赛球员流动性、更改常规赛对阵模式、增加联赛转播平台等一系列改革举措，给中国篮球带来了巨大的变化。有研究者认为，协调好中国男篮红、蓝队集训比赛对 CBA 联赛公司、俱乐部、赞助商等造成的负面影响，既能最大限度降低对相关利益团体造成的影响，又可以使“双国家队模式”得以可持续良性循环发展[1]。

2018—2019赛季的CBA联赛，按上个赛季的排名，将20支参赛队按蛇形排列分为四个小组，同一小组的球队需进行主客四场比赛，不同组的球队需进行主客两场比赛，常规赛由之前的38场增加至46场，对于球员的体能和教练对球员的轮换都提出的一定的考验。……
