摘要：

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家咨询法，对广州市银河小学气排球运动开展情况进行调查分析。结果表明：银河小学气排球推广思路清晰，推广方案可行，硬件条件及师资力量都能满足推广需求。体育教师和学生对气排球有一定的认知基础;参与运动频次及时长不够理想;学习需求及意愿比较强烈。建议：在小学进行气排球推广时，各学校应结合自身实际，合理布局。教育、体育主管部门应给予运动项目更多政策、经费支持;注重开展管理层及教师培训;举办赛事，扩大项目影响力;并通过试点推广，在实践中探索推广模式。

Abstract：

By using the methods of literature， questionnaire and expert consultation， this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the development of balloon volleyball in Yinhe primary school in Guangzhou. The results show that the idea of promoting the balloon volleyball in Yinhe primary school is clear， the scheme is feasible， and the hardware conditions and teachers can meet the needs of the promotion.Physical education teachers and students have a certain cognitive basis for air volleyball; participation in sports in time is not ideal;learning needs and willingness are relatively strong.It is suggested that in the promotion of balloon volleyball in primary schools， each school should combine its own reality and make a reasonable layout. The competent departments of education and sports should give more policy and financial support to sports projects; pay attention to the training of management and teachers; hold competitions to expand the influence of projects; and explore the promotion mode in practice through pilot promotion.

氣排球运动易入门，比赛规则简单，受年龄、技术水平限制较小，可以有多种多样的组合，趣味性、自主性都非常强，备受各年龄段的气排球爱好者青睐。[1]气排球项目球体大而且柔软，不易受伤，运动安全系数高;球的飞行速度慢，稳定性强，比赛来回次数多，有很高观赏性和娱乐性，深受学生喜爱。[2]2001年《体育与健康课程标准》中提出要对学校体育进行改革，并大力开发和开展学生感兴趣的新兴体育运动项目，气排球以独特的娱乐、健身魅力为学校体育注入了新的活力。[3]气排球运动有利于学生掌握运动技能，提高身体素质，形成终身体育意识;有利于加强学生情感交流，培养小学生的团队协作能力和顽强拼搏的意志品质。……
