摘要：随着大数据信息的发展，对大数据人才的需求也越来越大。现在目前大数据人才缺口较大，面对大数据人才如此大的需求，高校及培训机构如何为社会培养出更适合现代社会的大数据应用型人才，是现在教育的所面临的迫切问题。1+X证书制度大数据方向试点为国家教育制度改革培养出更多大数据方向的人才，提供了很好的路径和平台，可以给高职学生就业和创业创造更多条件。

Abstract：With the development of big data information， the demand for big data talents is also increasing. At present， there is a big gap in big data talents. In the face of such a huge demand for big data talents， how universities and training institutions cultivate big data application-oriented talents more suitable for the modern society is an urgent issue facing current education. The pilot program of the 1+X Certificate system in the direction of big data has provided a good path and platform for the national education system reform to cultivate more talents in the direction of big data， which can create more conditions for employment and entrepreneurship of vocational college students.

1  概述

数据是新的生产要素，是基础性资源和战略性资源，也是重要生产力。要构建以数据为关键要素的数字经济。如何获取数据、分析数据、运用数据是大数据信息时代发展的重要的技术问题。

现代社会的互联网技术、云计算技术、4G/5G 移动通信技术、智能手机及可佩带智能可佩带设备等数据来源、数据传递和数据承载方式正飞速发展，需要处理的数据量呈指数级增长。猎聘2019年大数据人才就业趋势报告显示：中国大数据人才缺口高达150万。《旺报》5月14日发布的《2018全球大数据发展分析报告》指出，中国国内针对“互联网+”和“大数据+”的融合创新，积累了丰富的数据资源，相关人才占据全球半数之多，从世界范围来看中国大数据相关人才数量虽遥遥领先于各国，但仍存在较大人才缺口。企业对新型大数据人才的热情和需求正在超过传统的商业智能和信息管理人才，未来五年大数据人才缺口会持续增长。……
