摘要：随着当前各种新型技术的不断发展和应用，工程机械设备也正在朝着自动化的方向快速发展，尤其是对于电子信息技术的应用使其自动化水平不断提高，而加强对其安装技术的有效应用和分析能够更好的促使相关机械设备发挥重要作用，进而不断提高整体生产效率和质量。本文简单介绍了当前自动化设备安装技术存在的问题，并就其安装要点展开分析，同时提出相关改善措施，希望能够有效提高机械工程的自动化设备安装质量，不断改善应用现状。

Abstract： with the continuous development of the current all kinds of new technology and application， engineering machinery and equipment is also rapid development in the direction of the automation， especially for the application of electronic information technology to make its automation level unceasing enhancement， and strengthen the effective application of the installation technology and analysis can better prompt related machinery and equipment play an important role， and constantly improve the overall production efficiency and quality. This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in the current automatic equipment installation technology， analyzes the key points of its installation， and puts forward relevant improvement measures in the hope of effectively improving the installation quality of mechanical engineering automatic equipment and constantly improving the application status.

1  前言

随着当前社会的快速发展和进步，机械工程行业也迎来了前所未有的发展和改变，尤其是自动化设备的引进不断提高了生产效率和质量，满足了不同工程质量的需求和标准。因此可以说自动化设备对于工程的有效开展有着至关重要的作用，所以说有必要加强对其安装技术的分析和应用，因为这将会直接影响到最终工程设备质量能否满足要求，因此必须对其引起足够的重视。

2  机械工程自动化设备安装技术中的问题

机械自动化设备安装技术有着较高的要求和标准，尤其是对相关工艺参数必须进行严格把控，以便于其后期工作的有效开展。首先很容易在设备安装过程中出现装配偏差，因为其内部含有大量的零部件，而且其齿轮咬合比例和相关螺丝螺母的安装程度都会对最终质量产生影响。……
