[摘要] 目的 評价板蓝根颗粒联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选取我院2017年9月～2018年5月收治的80例慢性咽炎患者为研究对象，采用随机分组的方法分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组吸入布地奈德气雾剂，初始剂量为0.5 mg/次，3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上再口服板蓝根颗粒，1袋/次，3次/d，两组患者连续治疗2周。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、中医证候疗效、炎性因子水平及安全性指标。 结果治疗组总有效率为92.11%，对照组总有效率为64.86%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率94.74%，对照组为56.76%，治疗组在改善咽干、咽痒、大便干燥、小便赤黄、咽后壁淋巴滤泡增生、咽后壁血管扩张等症状方面优于对照组（P<0.01）;治疗组能有效降低中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞水平，显著优于对照组（P<0.05）;临床观察期间患者无不良反应发生。 结论 板蓝根颗粒联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗慢性咽炎具有较好的疗效及较高的安全性，能有效降低患者炎性因子水平，具有较好的临床推广应用价值。

An observation of clinical efficacy of isatis-root granules combined with budesonide aerosol against chronic pharyngitis

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of isatis-root granules combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the subjects of research， and were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group inhaled budesonide aerosol with an initial dose of 0.5 mg tid. For the treatment group， isatis-root granules were added to the prescription for the control group， and were taken orally 1 bag tid. In such ways the two groups of patients were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy， TCM syndrome efficacy， inflammatory factor level and safety indexes of the patients before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11%， while that of the control group was 64.86%， and the difference between the data of the two groups was significant（P<0.05）. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy of the treatment group was 94.74%， while that of the control group was 56.76%， and the treatment group had significant advantages in ameliorating symptoms such as pharyngeal dryness， pharyngeal itching， dry stool， deep-colored urine， hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles in posterior pharyngeal wall， vasodilation of posterior pharyngeal wall， etc. （P<0.01）. The levels of neutrophils and eosinophils in the treatment group were reduced effectively and were significantly lower than those in the treatment group （P<0.05）. No adverse reactions （ADRs） occurred to the patients during clinical observation1. Conclusion Isatis-root granules combined with budesonide aerosol has better efficacy and sounder safety in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. It can reduce the inflammatory factor level effectively for the patients. It is of great value for clinical promotion and application.

随着环境污染的加重，生活节奏的加快，不健康饮食的盛行，慢性咽炎已经在世界各地蔓延，给人们的工作和生活带来严重影响。西医治疗慢性咽炎大多采取局部治疗及抗生素类药物治疗，疗效不明显，往往治标不治本，而且存在较大的毒副作用[1];而中医注重辨证论治和整体观，对症治疗的同时调理患者体质，在慢性咽炎治疗上往往会取得较好的疗效;采取中西医结合的治疗方法可以很好地发挥中西医优势，快速缓解症状，避免慢性咽炎反复发作，目前已经成为临床上治疗慢性咽炎的常用方法[2]。布地奈德气雾剂由于抗炎作用显著，通过吸入方式，可短时间内直达病灶，目前已经在临床上作为治疗慢性咽炎的常用药物，但其也存在副作用，且长期使用患者容易出现耐药性[3]。……
