摘 要：西南地区是我国重要的玉米主产区，同时也是重要的玉米消费区。了解并熟悉西南地区玉米产业动向，对该地区玉米产业发展和广大种粮农民切身利益的提高具有重要意义。本文综述了当前玉米临储制度改革背景下西南地区的玉米育种情况和玉米的生产、消费、流通，以及当前该地区玉米生产所受到的影响等相关玉米产业现状。总结分析表明西南地区玉米产业具有机械化程度低和产品单一的问题，并提出相关发展建议以促进西南地区玉米产业更好的发展。

Present Situation and Development Suggestions of Corn Industry in Southwest China

Abstract： Southwest China is the major corn producing and consuming area. To understand the development trend of corn industry in Southwest China has great significance in developing corn industry and increasing grain farmers' income in this area. This article reviews the current situation of corn breeding， production， consumption， circulation and the factors influencing maize production  in Southwest China under the current reform of corn temporary storage system. Analysis shows that problems of low mechanization degree and single product are existing in the corn production in Southwest China. Puts forward some development suggestions to promote the better development of corn industry in Southwest China.

玉米起源于墨西哥或中美洲，是全球三大重要糧食作物之一，其平均单产与年产量均居世界粮食产量首位。西南地区是我国最早开展玉米研究的地区之一，也是我国重要的玉米主产区之一[1]，年平均种植面积占全国玉米种植面积的15 %。近年来西南地区玉米总产量趋于稳定，约占全国玉米总产量的10 %。玉米的加工利用多种多样，不仅仅用于粮食、饲料行业，在工业上也有广泛的应用，其产业是以玉米整株生物量（包括但并不限于玉米籽粒等）为基础，通过加工、转化、流通等方式，形成的一条完整的产业链条[2，3]。在当前玉米临储政策改革的背景下，玉米的产业需求弹性加大，国内外市场关联程度更高。西南地区作为我国重要的玉米主产区之一，熟悉并把控西南地区玉米产业动向，关乎该地区千千万万种粮农民的切身利益，对该地区经济发展与人民生活水平的提高具有重要意义。……
