摘 要：本文为了使室内健身器材的设计更加高效、科学，为了使室内健身椭圆机的设计更加贴近消费者的需求，节省空间。运用人机工程学，结合室内健身器材的使用人群及特点，确定室内健身椭圆机折叠方式的结构设计。在室内健身椭圆机的设计过程中应该充分考虑消费者的家庭环境和居住面积，人的各项尺寸和承受限度，使设计更加人性化，在使用过程中更加安全。通过对室内健身椭圆机折叠机构的研究，使家用健身器材设计更加人性化、居家化。

Abstract：in order to make the design of indoor fitness equipment more efficient and scientific，in order to make the design of indoor fitness elliptical machine more close to the needs of consumers and save space.By using ergonomics and combining with the users and characteristics of indoor fitness equipment，the structural design of folding mode of indoor fitness elliptical machine is determined.In the design process of indoor fitness elliptical machine，we should fully consider the consumer's family environment and living area，the size and bearing limit of people，so as to make the design more humanized and safer in the use process.Through the research on the folding mechanism of elliptical machine for indoor fitness，the design of domestic fitness equipment is more humanized and homebased.

1 绪论

随着时代的发展，健身器材越来越流行，尤其室内健身器材更是得到很过年轻人的青睐。而室内健身椭圆机是一种相当常见的心肺功能运动健身器械，不仅年轻人喜欢，也非常受中老年人的欢迎。但是由于各种社会和经济的压力，目前很多家庭的居住环境和居住面积都非常紧凑。如果健身器材设计不合理，会非常占用使用面积，使已经非常小的家庭使用面积更加狭小，所以家用椭圆机折叠结构的设计非常重要。

2 常见的室内健身器材的分类

根据室内健身器材的结构进行分类，包括划船器、跑步机、椭圆机、懒人车、BIKE车。

3 室内椭圆机的优、缺点

（1）室内椭圆机的优点。椭圆机又叫太空漫步机，是一种新型的健身器械。独特的活动式的踏板设计是一种集漫步、慢跑、静止自行车运动为一体的健身器械，它的健身动作刚好与人的自然跨步相吻合，对人体关节不会产生大的冲击而损伤人体，能同时活动上下肢的肌肉群，尤其是腿部和臀部。……
