摘 要 图书馆、档案馆是两个独立的机构，但两者之间的信息服务，既有相同之处，也有不同之处。相同之处有：信息服务功能与途径相同，信息服务的职责与目的相通。不同之处有：信息资源所承载的内容不同，信息资源利用受时间和范畴上的限制，信息服务对象有差异。比较两者之间的异同，有助于人们更加充分运用和掌握两者的工作性能和规律，做好新时期图书馆、档案馆信息服务的协同，更好地服务于经济发展。

Abstract Libraries and archives are two independent institutions. But there are both similarities and differences between information services by the two. The similarities include the same function， channel， duty and purpose of information services. The differences include the different contents of information resources， time and category limitations in the utilization of information resources and different information service objects. Comparing the similarities and differences between them will help people to fully utilize and master their working performance and rules， to do well in collaboration of information services in libraries and archives in the new era， and to better serve economic development.

在当今大数据、高频率的信息资源共享中，无论是工作还是生活，处处都离不开信息，离不开信息服务。那么，什么是信息服务呢？简单地说，信息服务就是利用信息资源提供服务。信息服务与我们有着十分密切的联系，像图书馆、档案馆这两个具有共性的文化服务部门，就是为满足社会不同层次人群的需要，提供信息服务的。图书馆、档案馆信息服务，为国家的政治、军事、国防、经济、文化等方方面面工作顺利的展开，垫定了基础。图书馆、档案馆信息服务，保障了人们学习、工作、科研、教学等方面的需要，为社会各行各业工作的顺利开展，为各层面人员的学习、生活、工作，提供了“后勤”保障，做出了应有的贡献。图书馆、档案馆虽是两个独立的机构，但两者之间有诸多的相同之处和一些不同之处，本文探讨图书馆、档案馆信息服务之中的异同。
