摘 要 精准扶贫是当前国家完成全面建成小康社会的重要战略内容，精准扶贫要想取得实效就需要多个主体共同参与。高校作为精准扶贫工作实施的重要主体理应重视高校贫困生档案管理，当前高校贫困生档案管理还存在重视程度不够，程序过于复杂，档案信息资源开发利用效果较差等问题。因此，有必要重视高校贫困生档案管理，优化管理程序，加大对高校贫困生档案资源开发力度，更好地服务贫困学生。

Abstract Targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of the national strategy for the overall construction of a well-off society. Targeted poverty alleviation needs the participation of many subjects if it is to be effective. As important subjects in the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation work， colleges and universities should attach importance to the management of the archives of impoverished students where there are problems of insufficient emphasis， overly complicated procedure， poor effect of development and utilization of archival information resources and so on. Therefore， it is necessary to pay attention to the archives management， optimize the management procedure， and increase the development of impoverished students' archival resources， so as to better serve them.

精准扶贫对应的是粗放式扶贫，精准扶贫首先要做到精准识别，在精准识别基础上才能制定更为精准的帮扶措施，对形成的档案信息资源进行精准管理。高校精准扶贫对象主要是贫困学生，在对学生识别、帮扶和资助过程中形成了大量具有利用和保存价值的档案。这些档案反映了贫困学生在校期间的学习和生活状况，也反映出贫困学生心理状态和个性特征，只有全面掌握这些情况，才能针对贫困学生制定更有针对性的帮扶措施，才能促进贫困学生全面成长，才能更好地实现教育精准扶贫的作用和意义。

一、精准扶贫实施过程中加强高校贫困生档案管理的价值体现
