摘 要 在建设美丽乡村的进程中，档案工作助力美丽乡村建设大有可为。美丽乡村的建设与档案建设密不可分，相辅相成。以美丽乡村建设中档案管理路径及对策为研究主题，结合国内外相关研究的基础理论和实践现状，分析我国档案管理存在的问题，从而引申出对整个美丽乡村建设中档案管理的路径、对策和服务创新的研究，为建设美丽乡村提供切实可行的方法，促进乡村各项工作有序进行。

Abstract In the process of building beautiful countryside， archival work has helped a lot. The construction of beautiful countryside is inseparable from the construction of archives. Taking the archives management path and countermeasures in the construction of beautiful countryside as the research theme， combined with the basic theory and practice status of relevant research at home and abroad， the paper analyzes the problems existing in China's archives management， and studies the path， countermeasures and innovation service of archives management in the whole beautiful countryside construction， in order to provide practical and feasible methods for the construction of beautiful countryside and promote the orderly implementation of various work in the countryside.

自2012年党的十八大正式提出建设“美丽中国”的重大论点以来，以生态文明为核心的美丽乡村建设，无论从理论研究层面，还是从实践推进层面，都受到了各级政府的广泛重视。2013年，中央一号文件当中第一次提出了要建设“美丽乡村”的奋斗目标，更是强调要进一步加强乡村综合整治工作，其中就包含了乡村建设过程中档案管理的相关工作。《全国档案事业发展“十三五”规划纲要》也明确提出了“将档案工作纳入新型城镇化建设、美丽乡村建设等工程”。乡村档案是乡村政治、经济及其他各项事业发展进程的真实记录，是乡村文化积淀、实现可持续发展的重要基础和载体。抓住、抓实、抓好乡村档案工作，对美丽乡村建设和全面小康建设，具有十分重要的作用。

现如今，随着计算机、网络、数据库技术的普及与发展，乡村档案管理逐步应用起科学化、规范化的管理模式，人们对乡村建设档案信息的利用也呈现多元化的发展趋势。……
