[摘要] 目的 分析探究“五心”工作法在肛肠外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 将2019年1—10月内该院肛肠外科收治的患者100例纳入研究，按照住院号单双数分为两组，每组50例，在肛肠外科护理管理中，对照组采取常规护理管理模式，观察组应用“五心”工作法，对比两组护理管理效果。结果 在护理工作质量评分上，观察组高于对照组;在护理满意度观察组为98.00%，高于对照组的78.00%，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;护理过程中，观察组风险事件发生率、投诉率分别为6.00%、2.00%，低于对照组的24.00%、12.00%，护士得到点名表扬的比率为32.00%，高于对照组的4.00%，两组数据差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在肛肠外科护理管理中应用“五心”工作法，可提升护理工作质量及护理满意度，有利于和谐护患关系的构建。

The Effect of "Five-heart" Work Method in Nursing Management of Anorectal Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and explore the effect of "five-heart" work method in nursing management of anorectal surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in the hospital during the period from January to October 2019 were included in the study. They were divided into two groups based on the number of hospital stays， and each group received 50 patients. In the management， the control group adopted the conventional nursing management mode， and the observation group applied the "five hearts" working method to compare the nursing management effects of the two groups. Results The quality of nursing work was higher in the observation group than in the control group; 98.00% in the nursing satisfaction observation group and 78.00% higher than the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data （P<0.05）; The incidence rate and complaint rate of the risk group in the observation group were 6.00% and 2.00%， which were lower than the control group's 24.00% and 12.00%， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of the "five hearts" method in nursing management of anorectal surgery can improve the quality of nursing work and nursing satisfaction， and is conducive to the construction of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.

外科是医疗机构中极为重要的一个科室，包括普通外科、心胸外科、泌尿外科、神经外科、肝胆外科、肛肠外科等科室，其职能为研究创伤、感染、肿瘤、畸形、功能障碍等外科疾病的发生、病程进展及临床表现，展开疾病的预防、诊断和治疗。肛肠外科隶属于外科，研究对象为发生于肛门、大肠部位的疾病，比如说痔疮、肛瘘、肛门失禁、肛周脓肿、直肠炎、直肠息肉、直肠癌等，这些疾病呈现出多发性、复杂性的特点，会给患者的正常生活带来很多麻烦。优质的护理服务，能够提升患者的心理、生理舒适度，让诊治过程更顺利地展开。此次将2019年1—10月该院肛肠外科收治的患者100例纳入研究试验，旨在探究“五心”工作法在肛肠外科护理管理中的应用效果，结果报道如下。
