[摘要] 目的 分析临床路径管理模式引入心脏外科护理实习带教中的效果。方法 将该院2019年3—4月实习的92名心脏外科护生纳入至该次研究，依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组（46名）与观察组（46名），对照组护生给予传统教学法进行实习带教，观察组则行临床路径管理模式进行实习带教，比较两组护生的考核成绩，观察临床教学满意度情况。结果 对照组护生理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩显著低于观察组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组护生满意度与带教满意度低于观察组，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在心脏外科护理实习带教中，相较于传统教学法，采用临床路径管理模式的带教效果较好，可显著提升护生的教学质量。

The Effect of Clinical Path Management Mode in the Teaching of Cardiac Surgery Nursing Practice

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of the clinical path management model introduced in the teaching of cardiac surgery nursing practice. Methods 92 cardiac surgery nursing students in the hospital from March 2019 to April 2019 were included in this study. They were divided into control group （46） and observation group （46） according to the digital random table method. In the control group， nursing students were given internships using traditional teaching methods， while in the observation group， clinical path management mode was used for internships. The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared to observe the clinical teaching satisfaction. Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The satisfaction of nursing students and teaching satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods， the teaching of clinical path management mode is better in the teaching of cardiac surgery nursing practice， which can significantly improve the teaching quality of nursing students.

臨床实习是护理教学中的重要环节，是护生将理论知识运用到临床实践中，使所学的专业理论知识转化为实际操作能力，并且巩固加深理论知识与实践操作能力的结合程度，从而使其能够胜任护理工作[1]。传统的实习带教模式以传统跟班或人式带教为主，具有极大的随意性，对教学目标未明确，无法合理充分地应用临床存在的资源，使得护生缺乏学习知识和操作技能的机会，从而在一定程度上限制了护生学习的主动性与积极性[2]。临床路径管理模式是一种新型的医疗护理模式，目前已广泛用于临床护理中。心脏外科是一门专业性极强的学科，以往文献资料表明在心脏外科护理实习中引入临床路径管理模式对提高护生实习质量发挥了重要的作用。基于此，该次研究针对该院2019年3—4月心脏外科护理实习的92名护生进行分组讨论，旨在为临床研究利用此教学方法提高心脏外科护理实习护生的教学质量提供依据，现报道如下。……
