[摘要] 目的 在糖尿病患者的血糖浓度中，探析术中输血的影响价值。方法 样本资料收集在2018年7月—2019年8月，资料来源于该时间段中的51例糖尿病患者以及51例非糖尿病患者，将其分别命名为实验组、对照组，对比手术前、输血前、输血后的血糖指标。 结果 最终检验呈现出在手术前、输血前、输血后的血糖含量中，实验组分别为（7.17±0.15）mmol/L、（8.44±0.13）mmol/L、（12.74±0.36）mmol/L，对照组分别为（4.13±0.15）mmol/L、（5.48±0.22）mmol/L、（7.91±0.29）mmol/L，实验组各项指标数值更高，且组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 术中输血会提高血糖浓度，尤其针对糖尿病患者，血糖浓度提升明显，所以针对需要输血的糖尿病患者，需要制定相应的急救方案，有效降低患者的血糖浓度，避免手术并发症的出现，有效保障患者的身体健康。

Study on the Effect of Intraoperative Blood Transfusion on Blood Glucose Concentration in Diabetic Patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of blood transfusion during the blood glucose concentration of diabetic patients. Methods The sample data were collected from July 2018 to August 2019. The data were collected from 51 diabetic patients and 51 non-diabetic patients during this period. They were named experimental group and control group， and compared with pre-operation and blood transfusion. Blood glucose indicators before and after blood transfusion. Results The final test showed that the blood glucose levels before surgery， before blood transfusion， and after blood transfusion were （7.17±0.15） mmol/L， （8.44±0.13） mmol/L， and （12.74±0.36） mmol/L in the experimental group， the control group was （4.13±0.15） mmol/L， （5.48±0.22） mmol/L， and （7.91±0.29） mmol/L. The experimental group had higher numerical values， and there were statistically significant differences between the groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion Intraoperative blood transfusion will increase people's blood glucose concentration， especially for diabetic patients. The blood glucose concentration is obviously increased. Therefore， for the diabetic patients who need blood transfusion， a corresponding emergency plan needs to be formulated to effectively reduce the patient's blood glucose concentration and avoid the occurrence of surgical complications， effectively protect the health of patients.

糖尿病是我国临床上常见的代谢性疾病，以高血糖为临床特征，患者在发病之后，会出现饮水量、尿量、食量增多的情况，体质减轻且容易身体疲乏，随着患者病情的發展，会引发生多种病变，如血管病变等，还会导致酮症酸中毒、视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病等并发症，对患者身体内的各项器官造成损坏，不仅会影响患者的日常生活、甚至会威胁患者的生命安全[1]。糖尿病患者的临床治疗较为困难，尤其是需要接受术中输血的患者，在高血糖等因素的影响下，危险性更高，所以在术中输血的过程中，需要密切关注患者的血糖含量，对其进行严格的控制，从而有效提高临床治疗效果，使患者快速的恢复到健康状态。基于此，该文采用资料回顾性分析法，病例资料选取的时间区间在2018年7月—2019年8月，将糖尿病患者与同期非糖尿病患者形成对比，探究糖尿病患者在术中输血的过程中，血糖含量是否会发生变化，现报道如下。……
