[摘要] 目的 研究白血病患者实施PDCA护理管理程序的PICC护理效果。方法 选择82例该院所收治的白血病患者，2017年11月—2018年11月作为该研究的时间范围，采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组，各为41例。其中参照组干预措施是常规护理管理，实验组护理管理方法是PDCA护理管理程序，对比两组患者护理前后知信行分值、置管时长及置管并发症。结果 ①白血病患者护理前知信行分值差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），实验组护理后白血病知识、治疗信念、自我管理、治疗依从性分值高于参照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。②实验组置管时长长于参照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。③实验组置管渗血、感染、红肿、静脉炎、过敏并发症发生率（7.32%）低于参照组（29.27%），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 白血病患者实施PICC护理中合理應用PDCA护理管理程序效果显著，能够有效提升患者的知信行水平，延长患者置管时长，并降低置管并发症。

Effect of PDCA Nursing Management Program on Nursing Effect of PICC in Patients with Leukemia

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of PICC nursing in patients with leukemia who implemented the PDCA nursing management program. Methods Eighty-two leukemia patients treated in our hospital were selected. From November 2017 to November 2018 as the time range of this study， they were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method， with 41 cases each. The intervention in the reference group was conventional nursing management， and the nursing management method in the experimental group was the PDCA nursing management program. The two groups were compared with each other before and after the nursing score， catheter length， and complications. Results 1.The scores of the patients with leukemia before nursing were not statistically significant difference（P>0.05）. The scores of leukemia knowledge， treatment beliefs， self-management， and treatment compliance after nursing in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group， the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P<0.05）. 2.The tube length of the experimental group was longer than that of the reference group， the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P<0.05）. 3.The incidence of bleeding， infection， redness， phlebitis， and allergic complications （7.32%） in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group （29.27%）， the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion The rational application of PDCA nursing management procedures in the implementation of PICC nursing for leukemia patients has significant effects， which can effectively improve the patient's level of knowledge， practice， and lengthen the length of the catheterization and reduce complications.

PICC即经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管，是指在患者手臂外周静脉进行穿刺，通过导管置于心脏附近大静脉，将化疗药物直接注入到大静脉之中，可避免化疗药物对血管的刺激，提升患者化疗效果，降低化疗并发症[1]。PICC置管时间较长，对护理工作较高要求，对此，该研究选取2017年11月—2018年11月82例患者，就临床白血病患者PICC置管护理管理方式进行研究，讨论PDCA护理管理程序的应用效果。现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择该院所收治的白血病患者82例，分组方式为随机数字表法，组间分布为实验组（n=41）与参照组（n=41）。其中实验组白血病患者男女分布比例为22：19，年龄分布范围为42～86周岁，平均（64.28±10.57）周岁。参照组白血病患者男女分布比例为24：17。年龄分布范围为42～85周岁，平均（64.26±10.52）周岁。白血病患者性别、年龄分布范围等统计结果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可比性校准结果符合统计学需要。纳入标……
