[摘要] 目的 探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法 该院自2018年3月起在急诊科开展团队管理模式，选取2018年3月—2019年2月收治的49例患者作为分析组，另选取2017年3月—2018年2月该院急诊科收治的48例患者作为比照组，通过对比两组的护理质量评估急诊护理管理效果。结果 分析组的护理文书合格率（97.96%）以及各项护理满意评分均显著高于比照组，且护理纠纷发生率显著低于比照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中具有较高的应用价值。

Discussion on the Role of Team Management Model in Emergency Nursing Management

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of team management model in emergency nursing management. Methods The hospital has developed a team management model in the emergency department since March 2018. 49 patients admitted from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the analysis group， and the hospital was selected from March 2017 to February 2018. Forty-eight patients admitted to the emergency department were used as a comparison group to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency care management by comparing the quality of care between the two groups. Results The qualification rate of nursing documents（97.96%） and satisfaction scores of the nursing group in the analysis group were significantly higher than those in the reference group， and the incidence of nursing disputes was significantly lower than that in the reference group. There was statistical significance difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion The team management model has higher application value in emergency nursing management.

近年來，随着医疗行业的不断发展，医院之间的综合实力竞争也日益激烈，只有加快建立起完善的护理管理制度，才能有效提升医院的整体护理质量。急诊科是医院紧急救治危重患者的重要科室，急诊护理工作质量与患者的生命安全之间有着重要的联系，护理人员不仅需要掌握专业准确的急救知识，同时还需要具备熟练的急救护理技术以及良好的工作责任感，因而采取有效措施提高护理管理效果是十分必要的[1]。团队管理模式能有效加强成员与管理者之间的沟通，将其应用于急诊科，不仅能充分体现出以人为本的管理理念，同时在提高护理人员综合素养方面也发挥着重要的作用。该院2018年3月—2019年2月间在急诊科开展团队管理模式，于管理模式开展前后分别选取两组患者进行对照研究，旨在进一步探讨团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用价值，现报道如下。……
