【摘 要】 课程师资队伍的学缘、年龄结构变化，给专业、学科方向与发展带来了新的机遇，也给师资队伍的建设、管理与培养带来了一定的挑战。《药用植物学》是中药学类相关专业的专业基础课程，其教学质量与后续课程的开设具有密切联系。文章以贵州中医药大学药学院《药用植物学》课程青年教师队伍建设为例，浅析近年师资队伍发展现状与教师队伍培养措施，为《药用植物学》及其他课程师资队伍建设提供参考。

Abstract：The changes in the educational background and age structure of the faculty of a course bring new opportunities to the direction and development of the major and discipline， It also brings some challenges to the construction， management and training of the faculty. Medicinal botany is a very important professional basic course for TCM related majors， and its teaching quality is closely related to the establishment of follow-up courses. This paper takes the construction of the young faculty of Medicinal botany course in college of pharmacy of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicin as an example. A brief analysis of the current situation of the development of teachers in recent years and the measures for the training of teachers in order to provide references for the construction of teachers in Medicinal botany and other courses.

师资队伍建设是一个专业、学科方向与课程教学长期可持续有效运行与协同创新发展的基础，高质量的教师队伍是一门课程教学与教学改革的第一资源和保障[1]。近年来，贵州中医药大学以“双一流”建设为契机，大力深化学校内涵建设，实施人才兴校战略，在学科建设和人才引进、人才培养方面取得了显著成效。也使得一些专业与课程的师资队伍结构发生了急剧变化，形成了年轻化、专业多样化、学科方向复杂化的教师结构体系[2]。这给学科、专业及课程的发展带来了新的机遇，也给相应课程的教师队伍构建、管理与培养带来了一定的挑战。

《药用植物学》是中药学、中药资源与开发、中草药栽培与鉴定等相关专业的专业基础课程。与《中药鉴定学》、《药用植物栽培学》、《中药材产地加工学》、《中药化学》等专业课及实际生产实践密切联系，是从源头保障中药材“安全、有效、稳定、可控”的理论基础[3]。……
