【摘 要】 文章总结了欧阳晓勇教授治疗血筋箭的临证经验，其认为阴血不足，阴不制阳，阳亢于上，相火妄动犹蟠龙上冲天宫，燔灼阴血，阴血沸腾，血热妄行，脉络扩张，气血纵横，结聚成瘤，是本病的重要病机之一。故从卫气营血辨证角度出发，运用化斑汤合封髓丹加味治疗，清气凉血，潜阳降火，取得满意疗效。

Abstract：This article summarizes professor ouyang xiaoyong's experience in treating blood-sinew arrow，the professor thinks that Yin blood is insufficient，Yin does not make Yang，Yang is hyperactive on the top，phase fire moves like a dragon on the heaven palace，burnt Yin blood，Yin blood boiling，blood hot jump，vein expansion，qi and blood，knot into a tumor，is one of the important pathogenesis of this disease. Therefore，from the point of view of syndrome differentiation of wei qi and ying blood，hualban decoction combined with sealing medi danjia was used to treat qi and cool blood，and latent Yang decrease internal heat，obtaining satisfactory curative effect.

血筋箭（血瘤）指体表血络扩张，纵横交集而形成的肿瘤，《外科正宗·卷四》记载：“血箭出于心经火盛，逼血从毛窍出也[1]。”此外《医宗金鉴》中载血痣初起形状似痣，渐大则如豆，其色红，揩破外皮则流鲜血，肝经怒火郁血成，也与本病相似。血筋箭相当于西医学的血管瘤，多見于婴儿出生时或出生后不久，血管瘤可发生于任何部位，长在口腔及面部等部位的血管瘤占到全身血管瘤的60%;它的特点是瘤体局部色泽鲜红或呈紫色，可呈局限性柔软肿块状，边界清或尚清，触之或如海绵状[2];若发生在面部、四肢等暴露部位，会影响容貌;可不同程度地压迫、破坏周围组织器官的功能和形态，影响人体的生长发育。部分血管瘤患者可能会反复出血、感染，极少数人会产生恶变，甚至危及生命。西医学对血筋箭（血管瘤）的发病机制至今仍未完全明确，在治疗方面有诸多挑战，瘤体局限者可行手术切除、激光、X射线浅层照射等;本案患者经化疗后身体虚弱，无法耐受手术治疗。……
