【摘  要】为了迎合信息时代的高效工作效率，企业加快了大数据技术在企业内的应用，较为突出的就是企业人事档案管理的信息化建设，事实证明，这项举措不仅满足了企业自身发展的内在需要，也迎合了当下的信息化潮流，是一项具有前瞻性的举措。然而，受传统理念影响，企业档案信息化管理工作还存在着许多不足，这些极大地阻碍了大数据技术在企业内价值的发挥，并从一定程度上阻碍了档案信息化建设进程。基于此，论文以大数据为背景，分析当下企业档案信息化建设存在的不足，并提出相应的措施，希望这个情况能够改变。

【Abstract】In order to meet the high efficiency of the information age， the enterprise has accelerated the application of big data technology in the enterprise， which is more prominent in the informatization construction of the enterprise personnel archives management. It has been proved that this measure not only meets the internal needs of the enterprise's own development， but also caters to the current informatization trend， which is a forward-looking measure. However， affected by the traditional concept， there are still many deficiencies existing in the enterprise archives informatization management， which greatly hinder the development of big data technology in the enterprise value， and to some extent hinder the archives informatization construction process. Based on this， this paper takes big data as the background， analyzes the shortcomings of the current enterprise archives informatization construction， and puts forward corresponding measures， hoping that this situation can be changed.

1 引言

当前大多数企业缺乏对新技术的认识，不能积极使用新技术提高工作效率，部分已经开始信息化建设的企业，虽然已经具备较为成熟的技术体系，但由于缺少经验，在实际人员管理体系上还存在着许多问题，导致信息化建设水平较低，真正作用难以充分发挥。

2 企业档案信息化建设的意义

经济的发展给予了企业广阔的发展空间，但也加剧了企业间的挑战，因而，在大数据技术出现后，如何利用新技术提高自身工作效率，创造新的发展机遇，进而实现企业的进一步发展成为企业主要思考的问题。在这种背景下，部分企业开始了档案信息化建设之路，并取得了不小的成果，事实上，从企业方面看，档案信息化建设不仅能为企业选拔优秀人才、评价人力资源部门的工作提供依据，还能够协助企业做好岗位安排，即根据员工的实际能力和发展方向安排岗位，充分发挥员工的潜能的同时，帮助他们实现自己的人生价值。……
