摘  要：随着北京奥运会的举办，河北省教委也制定了冰雪运动进校园的目标，要求在高校推广并开展冰雪运动，以此来提升学生的身体素质水平，推广冰雪运动，促进冰雪运动的发展。但是，冰雪运动在高校的推广和普及受到了环境、气温、资金等方面的制约，高校应积极探索推广途径，促进冰雪运动在高校的普及。本文对河北省高校开展冰雪运动的制约因素进行了阐述，并在此基础上对其推广策略进行了探讨分析。

Abstract： With the holding of the Beijing Olympic Games， Hebei Provincial Education Committee has also set the goal of ice and snow sports into the campus， which requires to promote and carry out ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities， so as to improve the physical quality of students， promote ice and snow sports， and promote the development of ice and snow sports. However， the popularization of ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities is restricted by the environment， temperature and funds. Colleges and universities should actively explore ways to promote the popularization of ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities. In this paper， Hebei Province Colleges and universities to carry out ice and snow sports constraints are described， and on this basis， its promotion strategies are discussed and analyzed.

高校大學生精力充沛、热情洋溢、充满冒险精神，将冰雪运动作为高校的一项体育课程纳入到教学内容中，不仅可以宣传推广冰雪运动，还可以为冰雪运动培养后备人才，促进我国冰雪运动的发展。河北省首届冰雪运动会展示组活动在石家庄校园的成功举办，培养了学生冰雪运动的热情，为冰雪运动在河北省高校的推广奠定了基础。

1  河北省高校开展冰雪运动的制约因素

1.1 冰雪运动场地、器材设施等的因素

在河北省，受到天气因素的制约，能够开展冰雪运动的时间为1～3月，张家口等北部地区开展的时间为12月至次年3月。但是总体来说，能够开展室外冰雪运动的时间还是较短的。因此，在高校开展冰雪运动，不仅要有室外的冰雪运动场地，还要有室内的场地，除此之外，开展冰雪运动的器材设施也较多，还需要有专业的服装，对于大部分高校来说，是很难做到的。……
