摘  要：当前，高校体育田径项目教学过程中，普遍存在着“学生学习兴趣不浓厚，教师教学理念不先进以及各种训练方法不科学”等现实困境。因此，每一位高校体育教师都必须要在深入分析高校体育田径教学现实困境的基础上，合情合景地采取一些行之有效的策略提升高校体育田径项目教学的实效性，让田径项目成为发展高校学生体育学科核心素养的有力推手。

Abstract： At present， the teaching process of track and field projects in colleges and universities is generally faced with such practical difficulties as "students' interest in learning is not strong， teachers' teaching concept is not advanced and various training methods are not scientific". Therefore， every college P.E. teacher must take some effective strategies to improve the teaching effectiveness of college physical education and track and field on the basis of in-depth analysis of the practical difficulties in college physical education and track and field， and make track and field project become a powerful push to develop the core quality of college students' physical education.

随着各种高校体育新项目的逐渐增多，高校学生开始追捧与热衷一些新的体育项目，而这也使得高校体育田径项目的教学效益每况愈下。新时代的高校体育教师必须要在深度剖析高校体育田径项目教学现实困境的基础上，依据科学的体育教学理论，选择一些行之有效的策略提升高校体育田径项目教学的效益。

1  新时代高校体育田径教学之困境

聚焦新时代高校体育田径教学项目，不免发现：学生学习乏力、教学模式落后及训练活动低效等都是当前高校体育田径教学所面临的主要现实困境。

1.1 学生的兴趣不浓厚——学习乏力

兴趣是学习的源动力。高校学生之所以在体育田径项目学习过程中表现得异常乏力，追本溯源，是因为他们对田径项目的兴趣不浓厚。而致使他们对田径项目缺乏浓厚兴趣的原因，主要是他们没有领略到各项田径运动的独特魅力。一旦学生领略到了各项田径运动的独特魅力，那么，他们自然也就会产生持续不断的学习兴趣。……
