摘  要：本文以提取的武汉工程大学本科生体质健康测试数据为样本，通过Excel、SPSS 22.0等工具，采用单因素方差分析法、相关性分析、多元回归分析法对测试数据进行分析研究。结果显示：男女体质测试指标和派生指标BMI均与体测总分之间存在高度相关性，其中坐位体前屈、引体向上/仰卧起坐、50m指标对体质测试总分影响较大;男女生BMI指标与坐位体前屈之间没有显著性相关关系;BMI与800m/1000m之间有很强的正线性关系。研究结果表明，通过锻炼身体，降低肥胖者的BMI值，有利于提升学生体质状态，提高测试成绩。

Abstract： This paper takes the extracted physique health test data of Wuhan Institute of Technology as a sample， and analyzes the test data by means of one-way ANOVA， correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through excel， SPSS 22.0 and other tools. The results showed that there was a high correlation between the physical and mental test indicators and the derived BMI of the male and female， and the total score of the body test， in which the sitting body flexion， the pull-ups/sit-ups， and the 50-meter index had a greater impact on the total score of the physical test; There was no significant correlation between the BMI index and the sitting body flexion; there was a strong positive linear relationship between BMI and 800m/1000m. The results show that by exercising the body and reducing the BMI value of obese people， it is beneficial to improve the physical condition of students and improve test scores.

1  研究对象和方法

1.1 研究对象

随机抽取武汉工程大学大一到大四的本科学生4476名，其中男生2895人，女生1581人。将成绩缺项、免测、作弊的数据定为无效数据，通过Excel筛选出无效数据164例， 有效数据为男生2774人、女生1538人。

1.2 研究方法

（1）文献资料法。

（2）数理统计法。

使用Excel和SPSS 22.0工具，对采集的大学生体质测试数据进行统计分析。

2  结果与分析

通过SPSS 22.0软件，将随机抽取的2774名男生和1538名女生的数据导入该软件的数据视图中，回归分析采取Pearson相关性检验，得出各数据之间的相关性统计。结果显示：在置信度（双侧）为0.01的范围内，体测分值与表1中8个指标之间均存在高度相关性。

2.1 男生各体质健康综合得分与检测指标多元线性回归

为探究各个体测指标对体测分值的影响程度，男生以肺活量（X1）、50m（X2）、跳远（X3）、坐位体前屈（X4）、引体向上（X5）、1000m（X6）、BMI（X7）为自变量，体测分值为因变量Y，建立多元回归模型。……
