摘要：随着国内高速公路的日益发展，高速公路建设工程逐渐成为了现代普遍的工程建设，它涵盖了很多的环节和工程分项，其中机电工程越来越受到建设单位的重视，同时造价管控也渐渐成为了焦点。本课题从高速公路机电工程造价管控现状进行分析，发现了一系列问题，针对问题探究了其中的原因，并给出几点应对措施，旨在提升高速公路机电工程的施工效果。

Abstract： With the increasing development of domestic expressways， expressway construction projects have gradually become a modern and common engineering construction， which covers many links and sub-projects. Among them， electromechanical engineering is getting more and more attention from construction units， and cost management and control has gradually become the focus. This subject analyzes the current status of expressway electromechanical engineering cost control and finds a series of problems， explores the reasons for the problems， and gives several countermeasures， aimed at improving the construction effect of expressway electromechanical engineering.

0  引言

通信、收费、监控系统和供电、通风、照明等一系列系统组成了高速公路机电工程。伴随着时代的发展，智能化特性也进入到高速公路行业中，不仅为人民出行提供了方便，也为人民的安全提供了重要的保障，因此，机电工程具有非常广阔的前景。但是目前机电工程的市场鱼龙混杂，造价管监控制度不太规范，并且没有明确的限制与要求，导致施工质量无法保证。所以对于该类问题的探析是十分必要的[1]。

1  高速公路中机电工程造价中的问题

1.1 机电工程设计不科学

首先，作为新兴专业的机电工程设计，由于我国起步较晚，导致目前的设计人员能力不足，从而在设计方面有所缺失，无法满足机电工程造价要求。设计人员刚从学校毕业，其实践能力不足会影响专业性，最终会影响机电工程造价的预算，进而影响机电工程造价的合理性。其次，某些施工单位在执行方案时忽略了实际情况，没有考虑自身的人力和财力，导致了机电工程造价方案选择的错误。……
