摘 要：海洋牧场的理念是从农业畜牧场中启发而来的，是一种现代化农渔业生产方法，其利用现代科学技术支持和管理，采用现代化管理方法以实现生态健康，良好的环境，丰富的资源和产品安全，具有修复海洋栖息地，提高水产养殖生物质量，增加渔业资源的特点。该文分析了海洋牧场开发的仪器和设备要解决的关键技术问题以及当前的现状和今后的发展。

Analysis of Equipment Demand of Marine Ranch  Development

Abstract：The concept of marine pastures is inspired by agricultural livestock pastures.It is a modern agricultural and fishery production method.It uses modern science and technology to support and manage， and adopts modern management methods to achieve ecological health， a good environment， and rich resources.And product safety.It has the characteristics of repairing marine habitats， improving the quality of aquaculture organisms， and increasing fishery resources.This article discusses the important scientific and technological problems to be solved by the instruments and equipment developed in marine pastures， as well as the status quo and development.

海洋是生命的搖篮，是人类赖以生存和发展的重要空间，也是人类获取优质蛋白的“蓝色粮仓”[1-2]。根据中华人民共和国国家统计局的相关数据，2016年全国海洋水产品总量达3490.15万t，居民人均海洋水产品占有量约50.59kg，是我国国民优质动物蛋白的重要来源。然而，随着捕捞技术的进步和捕捞力量的剧增，我国近海渔业资源已全面衰退，小型化、低质化现象严重，传统渔场、渔汛几近消失。因此，如何恢复和养护渔业资源成为了我国渔业产业永续发展的关键问题[3]。2006年，国务院颁布的《我国水生生物养护行动纲要》中提出，养护和合理利用水生生物资源对于促进渔业可持续发展、维护国家生态安全具有重要意义。党的十八大将生态文明建设列入“五位一体”的总体布局，确定了渔业发展的总基调。

海洋牧场是利用现代科学技术支撑，运用现代管理方法进行管理，实现生态健康、环境优良、资源丰富、产品安全的现代农渔业生产方式，具有修复海洋生境、改善增养殖生物质量和增殖渔业资源等特点，已成为近海渔业资源养护的重要手段之一[4-6]。……
