摘要：正如我们所知，铝合金模板是一种定型化模板，一套完整的铝合金模板就相当于一套模具，通过往模具中注入混凝土后，一层精美的混凝土楼层便完成了。因此，铝合金模板能完成传统木模板所无法解决的问题。就像一件乐高玩具，通过不同方式的拼装可以出现不同的结果，我们可以利用铝合金模板的这一大优点，将传统木模板中无法一次浇筑的构件，通过对原图纸的优化，使其成为一次浇筑构件，有效地节约了施工工期。

Abstract： As we all know， drawings are the soul of a construction project. The quality of the drawings determines the construction efficiency of a project. Therefore， a good deepening drawing can greatly reduce various problems in the construction process. As we know， the aluminum alloy formwork is a stereotyped formwork. A complete set of aluminum alloy formwork is equivalent to a set of molds. After injecting concrete into the mold， a beautiful concrete floor is completed. Therefore， the aluminum alloy template can complete the problems that the traditional wooden template cannot solve. Just like a Lego toy， different results can be produced by assembling in different ways. We can use this great advantage of aluminum alloy formwork to optimize the original drawing to make it impossible to cast the components in the traditional wooden formwork at once Become a one-time pouring component， effectively saving construction time

0  引言

全铝合金模板自上世纪50年代兴起于美国，并在美国、加拿大等发达国家开始实施以来，向由巴西、墨西哥等国家向韩国、马来西亚、日本等亚洲国家的建筑领域中投入使用。近些年来，铝合金模板早拆系统技术也在我国珠三角等沿海领域城市中逐步投入使用，并大量应用于高层建筑当中。

作为一种新型的模板支撑系统，铝合金模板较之传统木模板，具有节能环保、施工便捷、成本低、周转次数高、精度高等优点。响应了我国“节木代用”、“节能环保”等一系列环保政策。能有效减少建筑工程对木材的使用，减少对环境的破坏，达到可持续发展的目的。同时铝合金模板拆除后不会产生大量的建筑垃圾，完全达到绿色建筑的标准。因此，铝合金模板逐步替代木模板是一种必然趋势。

铝合金模板早拆系统分为螺杆式铝合金模板及拉片式铝合金模板，本文主要浅谈螺杆式铝合金模板早拆系统在施工过程中的常见问题。……
