摘 要：中国特色社会主义制度和国家治理体系在发展21世纪马克思主义方面展现出显著优势。集中统一的领导核心、人民民主的群众根基、依法治国的基本方略、民族团结的稳定政局等确保了发展21世纪马克思主义的政治方向。公有制为主的经济基础、集中力量办大事的一盘行动、按劳分配为主和社会主义同市场经济相结合的激励机制奠定了发展21世纪马克思主义的物质基础。马克思主义的科学指导、社会主义核心价值体系的思想道德基础、“二为”“双百”等文艺方针、文化事业产业管理的价值引导厚植了发展21世纪马克思主义的思想共识。人民美好生活需要的目标导向、社会事业的普惠定位、共建共治共享社会治理的全新格局打造了发展21世纪马克思主义的社会环境。

On the Institutional Advantages of Developing Marxism in the 21st Century in Contemporary China

Abstract：The institution of socialism with Chinese characteristics and system of Chinese state governance have shown remarkable advantages in developing Marxism in the 21st century. Centralized and unified leadership core，mass foundation of people's democracy，basic strategy of law-based governance and stable political situation of national unity have ensured the political direction of developing Marxism in the 21st century. The economic foundation based on public ownership，the coordinating operation and concentration on doing big things，the incentive mechanism based on distribution according to work and socialism combined with market economy have laid the material foundation of developing Marxism in the 21st century. The scientific theory of Marxism，the socialist core value system of ideological and moral foundation，“literature and art serve the people and socialism” and “double-hundred policy” as literary and artistic policy，value guidance of cultural enterprise management have deepened the ideological consensus of developing Marxism in the 21st century. Goal orientation of people's need for a better life，the universal sharing positioning of social undertaking，new pattern of social governance with co-construction，co-governance and share have created a social environment of developing Marxism in the 21st century.

中國共产党团结带领人民不断探索、建立和完善的中国特色社会主义制度，是推动当代中国发展进步、确保中华民族实现伟大复兴的根本保障，实践证明“具有多方面的显著优势”[1]。发展21世纪马克思主义是世界各国马克思主义者在新世纪新时代高举马克思主义理论旗帜、续写科学社会主义新篇章的共同使命和伟大壮举。从马克思主义诞生、形成、发展的170余年历史进程和马克思主义在当今世界发展的现状看，当今中国发展21世纪马克思主义，不仅具有理论基础坚实、实践平台广阔、历史经验丰富、文化渊源深厚等有利条件，而且具有中国特色社会主义制度的显著优势。……
