摘 要： 研究运用数据包络技术对数字化校园应用绩效（包括教育资源整合效果）进行评价的实现路径。在阐述数字化校园的网络结构及主要建设内容的基础上，遵循评价指标体系的设计原则，通过在校园信息化绩效评价中引入数据包络分析中的C2R模型完成了一种基于数据包络技术的数字化校园信息化绩效评价模型的构建，并以评价四所中学校园信息化绩效为例，介绍了通过模型进行评价的步骤，为完善数字化校园信息化建设提供参考。

Abstract： This paper mainly studies the implementation path of digital envelope technology to evaluate the performance of digital campus application， including the integration effect of educational resources. On the basis of expounding the network structure and main construction contents of digital campus， it follows the evaluation index system. The design principle is to construct a digital campus informationization performance evaluation model by introducing the C2R model in data envelopment analysis. The evaluation model is highly operable. It is more scientific and accurate. Taking the evaluation of the information performance of the four middle schools as an example， it introduces the steps of evaluation through the model， and provides reference for improving the digital campus information construction.

0 引言

快速發展完善的网络及计算机信息技术为各行业的智能化和网络化水平的提升提供了技术支撑，显著提升了工作效率。发展和交流不断深入的各高等院校对发展和提高校园资源的信息化要求不断提高，高效对“信息孤岛”现象的重视程度也随之不断提高，建设数字化校园已成为提升高校管理质量及推进教育信息化的重要手段，建立数字化校园的实质在于构建校园数字空间，其目的在于实现教育的全面信息化，此种新型教育模式需基于发达的计算机网络核心技术，有机结合数字化、网络化实现方法，通过资源、管理信息化及共享信息和知识资源的方式实现。目前客观公正的评价高效数字化校园信息化水平是完善智慧校园工作的重点之一，以为配置教育资源提供更加科学合理的依据，对于不同的决策单元通过使用数据包络分析方法可实现各单元间相对有效性的评价过程，在评价各项经济社会活动中的应用范围不断扩大。……
