摘要 目的：分析雙水平无创正压呼吸机治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法：选取阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性阻塞性肺患者96例作为研究对象，随机分为甲组和乙组，每组48例，分别实施的是持续正压通气治疗和双水平无创正压呼吸机治疗，2组案例治疗后对结果分析。结果;比较2组案例的总有效率情况，乙组和甲组总有效率分别是95.8%和72.9%，乙组的优势明显。比较2组患者治疗前后的PaO2、PaCO2指标分析避免，治疗后，乙组的评分低。结论：针对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的案例采用双水平无创正压呼吸机治疗，整体优势明显，可以对各项指标进行改善，值得实施和应用。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the double level of noninvasive positive pressure breathing machine treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom merge the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：Choose 96 cases of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom merger cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as an object，random grouping，were first division and group b，respectively is on the implementation of continuous positive airway pressure treatment and double the level of noninvasive positive pressure breathing machine treatment，two groups of cases the results of the analysis of results after treatment; Compared to two group total effective rate of cases，contrast，hydrated and students′ total effective rate were 95.8% and 72.9%，Results：The obvious advantages of group b compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of PaO2 PaCO2 index analysis to avoid，after treatment，the conclusion in low grade.Conclusion：For obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom merger cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with double level of noninvasive positive pressure breathing machine treatment，the overall advantage obviously，to improve the indicators of implementation and application worth.
