摘  要：大学考试作弊行为严重影响高校教风学风，此行为的产生除了有学生自身的原因，也有一定的外部因素。通過网上问卷调查和现场问询等线上线下两种方式，获取了各方对大学考试作弊行为的态度，分析了大学考试作弊产生的原因，探究了考试作弊涉事各方的心理心态。结合调查问询结果，作者认为灵活多变的考核方式和切实可行的考试作弊处罚规定是避免大学考试作弊最有效的措施。

Abstract： Cheating in college examinations seriously affects the style of teaching and learning in colleges and universities. Besides students' own reasons， there are also some external factors. Through online questionnaire survey， on-site inquiry and other online or offline ways， this paper obtains the attitudes of all parties to the cheating behavior in college exams， analyzes the causes of cheating in college exams， and explores the psychological state of the subjects involved in cheating in exams. Combined with the results of investigation and inquiry， we believe that the most effective measures to avoid cheating in college examinations are flexible assessment methods and feasible punishment rules for cheating in examinations.

2018年6月21日，新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议在成都召开，150所高校联合发布了“成都宣言”。教育部部长陈宝生表示，本科教育是高等教育的立命之本、发展之本，要坚持以本为本，加强一流本科教育。考试作为大学教育中的重要环节，是评价教师教学效果和学生学习成效的重要手段，考试成绩也是学生评优和毕业考核的核心凭证。因此，确保考试过程的公平、公正、客观、真实是加强本科教育不可或缺的一步。

考试作弊现象不仅严重影响学校正常的教学秩序，败坏学习风气，贻害学生的思想和心灵，而且对国家未来建设和发展也具有重大影响。杨恩东认为，杜绝抄袭作弊等行为直接促进了西方国家创新力的释放;重视个人信用，进而逐渐形成诚实守信的社会环境，是构建现代诚信国家、成为世界强国的基础[1]。然而，我国大学考试的现实情况不容乐观，特别是课程考试。……
