摘要 运用实地考察、问卷调查、深度访谈等社会学调研方法对双江县野生铁核桃油产业发展状况、群众认识情况进行调查，分析野生铁核桃油产业发展前景。结果表明：目前，地方野生铁核桃油产业发展具备国内外市场优势和当地自然资源优势与群众支持优势，然而也存在制约因素：野生铁核桃品种受到威胁;加工企业没有规模化的核桃基地;企业规模小，技术相对落后，难于对抗核桃加工业市场的竞争机制;信息不畅，宣传力度不足。对此，提出双江县铁核桃产业发展建议：加强监管野生铁核桃资源，合理开发利用;推动地方企业发展，构建规模化经营体系;增加宣传力度，树立品牌、开拓市场;全面挖掘铁核桃的价值，多元化发展。

Abstract Using field surveys， questionnaire surveys， indepth interviews and other sociological survey methods to investigate the development status and public awareness of the wild Juglans Sigillata oil industry in Shuangjiang County，the development prospects of wild Juglans Sigillata oil industry was analyzed. The results showed that even if the global and domestic markets， together with the support from local residents are optimistic for walnut oil processing industry， there are still some restrictive factors for the development of local enterprise as followed：The variety of wild Juglans Sigillata is under threa;lack of largescale industrial base;smallscale and technological backwardness make local enterprise uncompetitive;lack of information and propaganda. There are four suggestions for its future development：First，enhancing the management and rational use of nature resources;second，promoting the local enterprises and building a largescale operation system;third，strengthening propaganda， establishing brand image and expanding the market;fouth，excavating the comprehensive value of wild Juglans Sigillata and realizing diversified development.

核桃（Juglans regia L.）别名胡桃，系胡桃科核桃属，是我国重要的经济树种之一 。核桃油是珍贵的营养油，油脂含量高达 60%～70%[1]，有很高的营养价值和医疗保健功能。1997年亚洲金融危机以后，核桃及其制品属于国际市场需求增长较快的农产品[2]。我国是核桃种植大国，栽培的核桃品种有40余种[2]，核桃油产业具有巨大的市场前景。

铁核桃是原产于中国西南地区的核桃属植物特有种[3]，其外形、口感、破壳难易程度等方面与普通核桃存在差异[4]，油脂和蛋白质含量丰富。核桃在我国分布广泛，几乎遍布我国的东南西北各省，栽培面积居世界首位[5]。……
