互叶醉鱼草种苗设施贮藏技术研究

摘要 研究了不同根系处理、不同贮藏时间对互叶醉鱼草设施贮藏过程中苗木失水率、成活率的影响。结果表明,不同根系保水介质处理下的贮藏苗木失水率随着贮藏时间的增加呈上升趋势,成活率随着贮藏时间的增加呈下降趋势,在设施低温1~3 ℃、高湿90%~95%贮藏条件下,可有效降低互叶醉鱼草种苗失水率,提高苗木商品性,并延长裸根造林时间30~40 d,苗木成活率可提高20%~30%,冬季贮藏优于春季贮藏。

Study on Facility Storage Technique of Buddleja alternifolia Maxim Seedlings

Abstract In this paper,effects of different root treatments and different storage time on driage and survival rate of Buddleja alternifolia Maxim seedlings during the storage were studied. The results indicated that under different root water holding measures,driage of storage seedlings rose with the increase of storage time,the survival rate declined with the increase of storage time. The condition that 1-3 ℃ temperature and 90%-95% humidity could effectively reduce driage,improve the commodity,and extend bare-root afforestation time 30-40 d. The survival rate of the seedling can increase 20%-30%. The sedling storage in winter was better than that in spring.

我國北方干旱半干旱地区生态建设、城市园林绿化对造林的季节性要求很高,为了满足不同地区、不同季节对苗木的需求,应在苗木出圃后及时进行贮藏,以保证苗木质量、延长供应期、提高造林成活率。有关苗木贮藏的研究多集中在苹果、杏等果树,在林木种苗贮藏研究方面也多在种子贮藏应用方面[1-4],对于林木特别是商品林木的贮藏研究报道较少。白永强等[5]通过控制贮藏设施温湿度在低温(0~3 ℃)、高湿(90%~95%)条件下贮藏金叶莸,可有效降低苗木失水率,延长金叶莸苗木休眠期。冯彦彪等[6]总结观赏海棠种苗调运与贮藏技术,苗木根部应覆盖保温毯,堆码苗木后喷施79%多菌灵可湿性粉剂800~1 000倍液加湿 1 次,库内温度、湿度应满足低温无冻害、湿度较大不失水的要求。
互叶醉鱼草(Buddleja alternifolia Maxim),别名紫花醉鱼木,为马钱科醉鱼草属植物,宁夏境内野生资源主要分布在宁夏贺兰山东麓半荒漠地带,土壤有机质含量0.1%以下,降雨量仅为180~200 mm,在气温-30 ℃时可正常越冬,土壤pH值9.0以下能正常生长,是干旱区生态造林的优良树种。……
