摘要    本文以土地资源的可持续利用为探讨目标，以分宜县为例，着重分析了分宜县土地资源承载潜力状况，具体包括耕地面积和主要作物产量，并通过预测粮食单产和人口数量对分宜县土地人口承载潜力进行预测。结果表明，未来分宜县土地可承载的人口数量小于预期人口数量。因此，需要提高对土地的利用率，保护土地资源，转变土地利用方式，促进土地资源的可持续利用。

Research  on  Land  Population  Carrying  Potential  in  Fenyi  County

Abstract    This article took the sustainable use of land resources as an exploration goal，and took Fenyi County as an example，analyzed the carrying potential of land resource of Fenyi County，including the cultivated land area and the yield of main crop，and predicted the land population carrying potential of Fenyi County by predicting grain yield and population. The results showed that in the future，the population that the land can carry is less than the expected population in Fenyi County. Therefore，it was necessary to increase the utilization rate of land，protect land resources，transform land use methods，and promote the sustainable use of land resources.

1    數据与方法

1.1    研究区概况

分宜县处于江西省的中西部地区，毗邻新余市和宜春市。县区有袁河穿过其西部地区，分宜县的纬度较低，处于亚热带地区，为亚热带季风气候，水稻是主要种植植物[1]。

分宜县辖4镇3乡，2019年全县人口数量为38万人，分宜县的土壤主要是红壤。2019年分宜县全地区生产总值为207.47亿元，是一个以开采资源为主的城市，经济占比大部分都是来自矿产资源[2]。

1.2     研究方法

本文主要采用的方法有人口模型预测法、趋势外推法和线性回归分析法[3]。这是一种定性的研究方法，即是依靠某个地区的土地人口承载潜力原始数据的一个模型来预测未来土地人口承载潜力的状况。

1.3    数据来源

本文数据主要来自分宜县统计公报、分宜县土地利用规划报告、2019年分宜县经济报告以及笔者调研的数据。

2    结果与分析

2.1    分宜县土地资源承载潜力状况

由表1可知，在城市化快速发展与非农建设用地的面积不断增加的背景下，分宜县的人均耕地面积呈现逐年减少的趋势。……
