摘要    以沃柑为试材，用乳白色单层纸袋进行套袋处理，研究套袋对沃柑果实表面污斑发生以及果实品质的影响。结果表明，套袋能有效控制沃柑果实表面污斑的发生，提高果实的亮度和光洁度，明显改善果实外观品质;同时，套袋处理显著提高了果实总糖含量和降低了果实的可滴定酸含量，提高了糖酸比，可改善果实风味，增加果实商品价值。

Effects  of  Bagging  on  Occurrence  of  Fruit  Surface  Stains  and  Fruit  Quality  of  Orah

Abstract    The occurrence of fruit surface stains and fruit quality of orah were studied by bagging treatment with milky white single-layer paper bag.The results showed that bagging treatment could effectively control the occurence of fruit surface stains of orah，sigificantly improve the brightness and smoothness of the peel，and apparently increase the appearance quality of the fruit.Compared with the control，the bagging treatment noticeably increased the total sugar content of the fruit and decreased the titratable acid content of the fruit，and raised the sugar-acid ratio，improved the flavor and commodity value of the fruit.

沃柑是晚熟型杂柑品种，此品种具有长势旺盛、挂果能力强、挂果采收期长、果肉嫩滑、皮薄、汁多、口感甜柔、低酸爽口、营养成分很高、含有大量的维生素等特点。重庆永川区吉安镇于2015年引入沃柑进行栽植，在生产中发现，沃柑的树体及果实上有大量污斑。调查研究证明，这些污斑是由绿斑病、煤烟病以及少量的褐斑病等造成[1-3]，该污斑严重影响果实光合作用、生长趋势和果实品质等[4-5]。套袋能隔离果实与外界环境的接触，有效改善果实的品质，提高果实的商品价值[6-8]。本試验研究套袋对沃柑果实果面污斑及果实品质的影响，以期为沃柑无公害栽培提供参考。

1    材料与方法

1.1    试验材料

试验基地在重庆永川区吉安镇石松村，试验品种为沃柑，树龄5年。套袋材料为单层纸袋，规格22 cm×18 cm。

1.2    试验方法

套袋试验于2019年9月实施。试验设2个处理，分别为套袋和不套袋（CK）。随机选取10株坡向、生长势、结果量等基本一致的果树，从上、下、左、右、中不同方位各随机选取10个幼果进行套袋处理和10个幼果进行不套袋标记。……
