摘要：构建共享概念下的城市社区农业服务系统。用服务设计的相关方法研究社区居民的生活方式、居住环境、从事农业活动环境以及社区农业活动所需具备的其它条件（农资供给、农产品流通渠道等）等构建城市社区农业服务模式的关键要素，让社区居民参与进来。构建出基于“产品+系统”的共享概念下的城市社区农业服务模式，为都市农业和社区创新提供可拓展的发展机会。该研究过程融入了社会学、管理学、城市规划学、设计学等领域的知识为都市农业和社区创新提供了新的发展可能性。

一、共事概念与城市社区发展

共享即分享，指与其他人共同拥有某件物品或者某种信息的使用权，甚至包括产权。共享经济作为共享概念最大的衍生品被正式列入我国国家发展战略。共享经济，即在互联网平台中拥有闲置资源的机构或个人将已有的闲置资源，如产品、技术、数据或服务等，有偿地分享给不同的有短暂性需求的主体，是一种从未有过的社会经济生态系统[1]。

共享为城镇社区带来了发展契机，可以通过互联网平台，在满足社区居民自身需求的过程中实现社区闲置资源的优化配置，该闲置资源既包括有形的（实物产品）也包括无形的（时间、空间和技能）。也可改善现有形式下城市社区居民之间呈现的冷漠、缺乏信任及归属感不强等现状，通过建立新型社交关系，使社区居民关系网从准熟人向熟人转化，增进邻里关系。……
