[摘要] 脑心综合征（cerebrocardiac syndrome）是一种严重的卒中并发症，具有高的发病率和致死率。该文旨在探讨急性脑梗死的心肌酶谱及心电图的特点，然后进一步研究早期脑梗死心肌损伤的实验室检查方法及临床表现和最终的治疗方案。具体的目的：通过详细的研究早期脑梗死患者和心电图以及心肌酶谱的关联，探讨急性期脑梗死患者预后的相关情况;同时可为患者急性期脑梗死后心肌损害的预防及诊断提供新的思路。

[Abstract] Cerebrovascular syndrome is a serious complication of stroke with a high morbidity and mortality.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the characteristics of myocardial enzyme profile and electrocardiogram of acute cerebral infarction， and then to further study the laboratory examination methods， clinical manifestations and final treatment of myocardial injury in early cerebral infarction. Specific objective：To explore the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction by studying the correlation between early cerebral infarction patients and ecg and myocardial enzyme profile in detail.At the same time， it can provide a new idea for the prevention and diagnosis of myocardial injury after acute cerebral infarction.

脑梗死的急性期会不同程度地影响到患者的心脏功能，引起心律失常以及心肌损伤，最终很可能会发展成为心衰终末期，可以明确的是，在疾病的进展中心电图与心肌酶谱会有一定程度的异常表现。如上述脑部病变而致使的心脏系统损伤统一称之为脑心综合征。而且在1947年左右，科学家拜尔等人就率先提出了一个观念，即是中枢神经系统疾病可能会引起心电图的变化。同时也有记录描述“蛛网膜下腔出血”与心电图的联系，而后又陆陆续续报导脑血管意外、颅内压力异常增高和颅脑肿瘤等外因引起心电图的变化。与此同时，当下临床研究表明，急性期脑梗死发生以后脑心综合征是最为高发的一种疾病，还有证据显示此种并发症会很快地加重患者病情，从而危及到患者的生命安全。因而临床医生务必做到积极预防，一旦明确诊断，立即予以对症处理。……
