摘  要：教师是影响大学生“计算机程序设计基础”课程学习效果的重要因素。基于问卷调查的数据，运用回归分析等方法进行探究，研究发现：“计算机程序设计基础”课程学生学习效果在教师层面存在差异，教学态度、教学方法、教学内容、教学能力都会对“计算机程序设计课程基础”学生学习效果产生影响。该研究结论对于有效提升大学生“计算机程序设计基础”课程学习效果具有重要的理论参考意义。

Abstract：Teachers are an important factor that affects the learning effect of the “Basic of Computer Programming”course for college students. Based on the data of the questionnaire survey，using regression analysis and other methods to explore，the study found that：there are differences in the studentslearning effects of the“Basic of Computer Programming”course at the teacher level. Teaching attitude，teaching method，teaching content，and teaching capabilities will all have an impact on the“Basic of Computer Programming”student learning effects. The research conclusion has important theoretical reference significance for effectively improving the learning effect of the“Basic of Computer Programming”course for college students.

0  引  言

習近平同志强调：“人才培养，关键在教师。”建设教育强国，就要把建设高质量的教师队伍作为重大工程[1]。帕尔默认为：“真正好的教学来自教师的认同与自身的完备。”因此，进行本科教学改革，要将着眼点放在教师身上，体现其关键地位[2]。

为了进一步加强高校本科生的“计算机程序设计基础”课程的教学，挖掘教师的潜能，西南交通大学推出了一系列的教育教学改革举措，作为长期从事“计算机程序设计基础”课程教学工作的老师，依托学校的教改项目，以教师的视角进行数据调查和分析，找出合适的教学方法和措施，以便提高教师的教学能力，提高教学质量。
