【摘  要】全球一体化经济发展，大数据信息技术已经被不同企业广泛应用。大数据时代的到来，为不同企业财务管理工作提供了巨大机遇，同时也带来了较大挑战。传统企业财务管理模式已经难以适应当前的发展，企业可利用大数据优势发展企业经济，优化财务管理理念，为企业发展提供优秀人才，保障企业快速发展。论文主要针对大数据背景下企业财务管理面对的挑战以及改善策略进行了研究。

【Abstract】 With the development of global integrated economy， big data information technology has been widely used by different enterprises. The arrival of big data era provides great opportunities and challenges for the financial management of different enterprises. The traditional enterprise financial management mode has been difficult to adapt to the current development. Enterprises can use the advantages of big data to develop enterprise economy， optimize the financial management concept， provide excellent talents for enterprise development， and ensure the rapid development of enterprises. The paper mainly studies the challenges and improvement strategies of enterprise financial management in the context of big data.

1 引言

随着科学技术的快速发展，大数据时代的到来为企业发展提供了更多机会，但是在多数企业的发展中，财务管理工作遇到了重重阻碍与挑战，财务管理工作进度缓慢，导致企业发展速度降低。利用大数据技术加强财务管理，可积极完善企业管理方式，保障企业正常运营。本篇文章是笔者对于大数据前提下，对多数企业财务管理中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了完善措施。

2 大数据背景下企业财务管理面临的挑战

2.1 专业人员财务管理水平問题

随着经济社会的进一步发展，科技信息技术发达，大数据来源逐渐拓展，由于大数据本身具有种类多与数据复杂等的特征，加上其增长速度不断加快，会促进企业发展，但是根据相关调查，了解到企业的财务管理数据是由不同部门共同组成的，数据种类较多，这就对企业不同部门人员财务管理水平提出了更高要求。……
