摘  要：近年来，随着社会现代化程度不断提高，素质教育进入了新的发展阶段。安全健康操课程具有实用性、趣味性的特点，其开设以来受到了广大学生的热烈欢迎。通过学习安全健康操课程，一方面可以促进学生身体素质发展，增强团队合作意识;另一方面，还可以拓宽学生的职业发展途径，为实现人生价值创造良好条件。鉴于此，本文综合运用文献综述法、实验法、数据分析法等研究方法，对高职院校开展安全健康操课程进行深入研究。

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous trend of modernization of the society， the development of quality education has injected fresh vitality. With its interesting and effective characteristics， the teaching of safety and health exercise is loved by students once it is launched. Through the study of safety and health operation course， it not only improves the students' physical quality and the comprehensive ability of team cooperation， but also plays a positive role in guiding the students' future life value and career establishment. Based on the above factors， this paper adopts the methods of literature survey， experiment， data， etc. to study the teaching of safety and health operation option courses in vocational colleges at this stage.

高职院校开设安全健康操选项课程具有十分重要的现实意义，它不仅可以促进学生身心健康发展，还可以丰富和完善学生人格，促进个人价值提升。这与高职院校新课标改革理念不谋而合，是未来高职教改的重要对象。除此之外，为推动高职院校课程职业化改革，当前安全健康操选项课程也要顺应社会发展趋势，在教学内容、教学方法和手段上进行改革创新，围绕提升学生社会发展能力制定教学策略和规划，不断推动安全健康操选项课程向前发展。

1  研究对象与方法

选取某高职院校开展职业化安全健康操选项课程情况作为研究对象。

为保证本文研究结果的客观性和科学性，本文收集了大量关于高职院校安全健康操课程开设、教学和发展的研究文献和资料，通过对文献进行综述和分析，为本文研究提供理论指导。……
