摘  要：本文采用文献资料、个案研究等方法，对莆田学院应用型人才培养模式下的“开放式”体育教学改革进行调查研究，旨在剖析其改革的具体方法，并提出以下建议：（1）宏观方面，建议政府出台支持政策，积极引导校企合作，建议企业依据自身需要，将相关需求的市场信息反馈给学校，实现地方社会事业、学校和企业的“三方”共赢。（2）微观方面，学校积极提升自身的“软”与“硬”实力，结合市场需求，充分利用校企合作的市场机遇，调整人才培养模式，充分运用现代信息技术，实现体育教学理念、教学内容要和方法、教学时间和空间、教学评价体系上的开放，培养满足市场需求的专业技术人才。

Abstract： This paper uses literature and case studies to investigate the "open" physical education reform under the applied talent training mode of Putian College. It aims to analyze the specific methods of reform and propose the following suggestions： （1） Macroscopic aspects， It is recommended that the government introduce support policies， actively guide school-enterprise cooperation， and suggest that enterprises should feedback the market information of relevant needs to schools according to their own needs， and achieve a "three-way" win-win situation for local social undertakings， schools and enterprises. （2） On the micro level， the school actively upgrades its "soft" and "hard" strengths， combines market demand， makes full use of the market opportunities of school-enterprise cooperation， adjusts the talent training mode， and fully utilizes modern information technology to realize the concept and content of physical education. And methods， teaching time and space， openness in the teaching evaluation system， training professional technical personnel to meet market demand.

體育教学模式的选择一直是高校开展体育教学工作的重要环节，直接影响着人才培养的质量。“开放式”体育教学改革的目的是为社会发展培养优秀的体育专业人才，在此社会背景下，“开放式”体育教学模式改革逐步向培养应用型人才方向靠拢，培养应用型体育人才，推动体育教学的更加全面完善发展，为体育教学的可持续发展提供保障，为体育市场的发展增加动力，为体育事业的稳健发展创建基础;随着“开放式”体育教学模式在我国高校逐步推广和应用，为高校体育人才培养提供了很好的途径，取得了一定的成绩，是当今高校体育教学改革的热点领域。……
