摘  要：同步碎石封层施工中，如何合理的控制材料用量，各省出台了指导意见，给出了参考值，没有明确的计算方法。文章通过理论分析，结合其他文献和规范的方法，综合分析，结合实际施工经验，提出了施工中确定材料用量的方法。

Abstract： In the construction of synchronous gravel sealing layer， as regards how to reasonably control the amount of material， many provinces issued guidelines and gave the reference value， while putting forward no clear calculation method. Through theoretical analysis and adopting the methods of other literatures and standards， this paper makes a comprehensive analysis. Based on the actual construction experience， this paper puts forward the method of determining the amount of material in the construction.

1 概述

沥青路面在使用中，路面随着使用时间的延长，会出现一些问题，如龟裂、网裂、骨料脱落等，如果不采取措施，会使路面使用性能急剧下降，最终导致路面严重破坏。因此，采用预防性养护是延长沥青路面使用寿命的一种手段。碎石封层就是预防性养护的一种，该技术是在洒布沥青类结合料后立即撒布骨料，使它们之间具有最大的表面裹覆强度，经碾压而形成的薄层封层。成型封层具有抗滑、抗车辙、抗磨耗、防渗水等特点，能有效治愈路面龟网裂、骨料脱落等病害，且施工工艺简单、快捷、可靠。而同步沥青碎石封层就是用一台沥青碎石同步封层车，前后同时洒布沥青和碎石，经碾压而成的碎石封层，与传统碎石封层相比，施工工艺简单、快捷、可靠。

在同步碎石封层施工中，如何控制材料技术要求和用量，是质量成败的关键，本文通过近几年在我局养护的沥青路面中实施碎石封层的经验，对材料用量计算方法进行研究，有一定的现实意义。

2 材料的技术要求
