摘  要：我国在建设智慧城市的过程中，安全作为其核心内容，在建设中一直受到重视。尽管如此，在进行智慧城市的建设中，虽然已经解决了一些困难，但是仍然存在很多安全问题，随着大数据技术的提出，为智慧城市的安全建设提出了新的想法与方式，为城市建设的安全问题找到了新的突破口。下面作者就大数据下的智慧城市的建设问题进行深入分析。

Abstract： In the process of building smart cities in China， security， as the core content of this process， has been paid attention to in the construction. Although some difficulties have been solved in the construction of the smart city， there are still many security problems. With the introduction of big data's technology， new ideas and methods have been put forward for the security construction of the smart city， and a new breakthrough has been found for the security problems of the city construction. The author makes an in-depth analysis on the construction of the smart city under big data.

改革开放30多年以来，中国城镇化建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，尤其是进入21世纪后，城镇化建设的步伐不断加快，每年有上千万的农村人口進入城市。随着城市人口不断膨胀，“城市病”成为困扰各个城市建设与管理的首要难题，资源短缺、环境污染、交通拥堵、安全隐患等问题日益突出。为了破解“城市病”困局，智慧城市应运而生。智慧城市是把新一代信息技术充分运用在城市中各行各业，基于知识社会下一代创新的城市信息化高级形态，实现了信息化、工业化与城镇化深度融合，有助于缓解“大城市病”，提高城镇化质量，实现精细化和动态管理，并提升城市管理成效和改善市民生活质量。城市安全一直是智慧城市建设中的重要组成部分，随着大数据时代的到来，信息技术飞速发展，为智慧城市的建设与安全保障提供了技术保证。
