摘 要：本文经过聚丙烯焊缝试验研讨分析，探索一种地下粮仓防水聚丙烯塑料板焊接方法和焊接施工工艺，提出了聚丙烯塑料板作为防水层的焊接方法和焊接流程，为聚丙烯塑料用于内衬防水工程中提供方法和思路，同时为地下粮仓防水防潮等难题提供新的解决途径。

Abstract： Through the research and analysis of polypropylene weld test， this paper explored a kind of welding method and welding process of waterproof polypropylene plastic plate in underground granary， put forward the welding method and welding process of polypropylene plastic plate as waterproof layer， which provided methods and ideas for the application of polypropylene plastic in lining waterproof engineering， and provided new solutions for the problems of waterproof and moisture-proof in underground granary.

1 常見工程防水材料施工工艺

1.1 地下沥青卷材施工工艺

地下沥青卷材施工中平面卷材工艺的铺贴流程为：放线→砌筑保护墙→抹找平层→养护→喷涂冷底子油→铺贴油毡层→铺第一层立墙油毡→铺设第一层平面油毡（分层先立面后平面）→抹保护层;立面卷材工艺的铺贴流程为：拆除保护墙→结构面抹找平层→养护→喷涂冷底子油→接铺阴阳角处附加层→铺油毡（按设计分层铺设）→砌筑保护墙（层）[1]。

在实际施工过程中，该工艺要求严格，不仅要求所需材料达到一定规范性，而且对施工的各个细节要求比较严格。施工过程中，若不慎将湿气封在防水层内，遇热后气体将会使防水层起鼓，导致防水层不平整;卷材接槎处先后施工的接槎卷材有破损，铺粘不严而漏水。而且沥青在卫生环保上存在问题，不适合作为粮仓工程内衬防水材料。

1.2 地下改性沥青油毡（SBS）防水施工工艺

地下改性沥青油毡（SBS）的防水施工工艺流程为：清理基层→涂刷处理剂→铺贴附加层→铺贴卷材→热熔封边→铺设保护层。……
