摘 要：针对湖南香芋产业发展状况和存在的问题，提出了合理轮作，提高种植管理水平;加强香芋产后处理与贮藏加工研究，拓宽销售渠道，实行分级销售;大力培育龙头企业，加强品牌建设和保护;加强品种提纯复壮和良种繁育工作等建议。对香芋产业健康发展具有指导作用。

Abstract： According to the development situation and existing problems of taro industry in Hunan Province， the relevant suggestions are put forward： arrange reasonable rotation and improve the planting management level; strengthen the research of postharvest processing and storage of taro， widen the sales channels and implement the classified sales; vigorously cultivate leading enterprises， strengthen brand building and protection; strengthen the purification and rejuvenation of varieties and the breeding of certified seeds， which has guiding effect on the healthy development of taro industry.

我国芋[Colocasia esculenta （L.） Schott.]的栽培品种分为叶柄芋变种和球茎芋变种2类，其中球茎芋变种又分为魁芋类型、多子芋类型和多头芋类型。香芋又称地粟子、槟榔芋，属天南星科魁芋属粗魁芋副型槟榔芋品种群[1]，原产于中国和印度的热带潮湿地区[2-3]，一般作一年生栽培。我国香芋栽培历史悠久，曾是古代皇帝的贡品。香芋球茎纤维少、淀粉含量高、营养丰富、味美可口，有一定药用价值，集粮食、蔬菜、药膳于一身，是我国南方栽培较普遍的一种作物。香芋在江苏、山东、河南、安徽、河北、辽宁、陕西、甘肃、山西、浙江、湖北、湖南和四川等省均有种植，尤以珠江和长江流域栽培较多。近年来，湖南香芋产业发展较快，种植香芋已成为农户脱贫致富的好途径。

1 湖南省香芋产业现状

1.1 產地分布

湖南香芋主要分布于永州市的江永县、蓝山县、祁阳县，衡阳市的祁东县，郴州市的临武县，常德市的安乡县等地。其中江永香芋分布于江永县源口瑶族乡、桃川镇、千家峒乡等地;蓝山香芋主要分布于蓝山县塔峰……
