摘 要 网络创新社区中用户的知识共享行为与其影响因素关系到网络创新社区的创新效率和效果。文章从系统论角度出发，研究网络创新社区知识共享过程，利用系统动力学分析各种因素对知识共享行为的影响，构建知识共享过程模型，并运用Vensim PLE进行系统仿真探讨其影响机理。网络创新社区用户的知识共享行为受到动机、个人特性、认知、外部环境等因素影响的假设得以验证，通过加大社区对用户的激励机制，减少对用户区别对待等行为方式，能够更好促进用户参与知识共享。

Research on Influence Factors of Knowledge Sharing Behavior of Online User Innovation Communities

Abstract The users knowledge sharing behavior and its influencing factors in the online user innovation community are related to the innovation efficiency and effectiveness of online user innovation communities. From the point of system theory， the process of knowledge sharing in online user innovation community is studied， the influence of various factors on knowledge sharing behavior is analyzed by system dynamics， and the process model of knowledge sharing is constructed， the influence mechanism of the system is simulated by Vensim PLE. The knowledge sharing behavior of online user innovation community users is verified by the hypothesis of motivation， personal characteristics， cognition， external environment and other factors. By increasing the incentive mechanism of the community to users and reducing the behavior of discrimination to users， the users can be better promoted to participate in the knowledge sharing.

0 引言

信息经济时代，知识已成为社会发展的重要资源和核心生产要素。获取、创造、整合、应用知识的能力已成为组织和个体提高创新水平、形成优势竞争力的关键。由于创新活动需要从外界获取大量的知识资源，而信息技术的发展又使得创新主体呈现出从独立向协同的转变趋势，伴随着互联网技术的渗透，一种新的创新模式——開放式创新模式愈加受到社会青睐，网络创新社区（On-line User Innovation Communities，OUIC）也由此应运而生。该社区是一种以信息技术为基础的网络虚拟平台，是在信息技术高速发展的背景下对传统开放式创新模式的升级，是组织和个体为获取内外部资源并用于创新过程，将参与开放式创新的各方成员（企业、消费者和第三方机构）紧密联系，并包含各种知识要素和信息的传递回路的网络系统[1]。……
